boxing has given these parkinson's sufferer so much more than a punch. it has been life changing —— told that exercise is good for you. mark is to be a scaffolder until he was diagnosed 17 years ago. his physio recommended the class. she knew he was struggling with the regular exercises. this hit the spot and it is working. two inches taller than i am at the moment, when i stretch. it is brilliant. you can work at your own pace. back at his home, mark hughes to fall at least three times a week. now his balance is so much better. as is his confidence and his mood. the handwriting has improved, walking has improved, and he isjust happier —— mark used to fall at least three times a week if you are happier, you're more confident, and they really enjoyed. they are so positive down there for you. that's
