it has relaxed me. it has helped my shooting massively. the majority of my training is done on my own, so being involved with such a big team that we have here is fantastic. he's a great swimmer. he has youth on his side, as well. and his many successes in shooting, the highs of competition can be very much balanced out by his work as a coast guard, as he found out earlier this year. coming back from australia, i literally got home, and within a couple of hours, got called out to a body that had washed up on the marsh. and it brings everything back into perspective, being called back to a job like that. that grounding seem to have worked. a world cup win this year means you'll spare the british team...

for the next week, he hasjust one target. a world title. the way i've been training and training... i note my best will be good enough. ben croucher, bbc news, sutton bridge. the accuracy is amazing. now stand up paddle boarding has been one of the biggest growing sports in the uk over the last decade, but what do you do if you can t get out to water? a question i've always asked myself. or when it 5 too dark or stormy during the winter? well you could look into the new sport that 5 now taking off, landpaddling. our very own mike bushell has been to southport to try a club session. it's the sport that enables us to gracefully walk on water. now standup paddle boarding has come ashore on dry land. and wheels give it fresh momentum. no longer are they restricted to getting a large inflatable boards

out and finding some pond water, they can out keep paddle boarding through the winter, even when the sea off southport is rough and dangerous. —— some calm water. when it is too windy on the lake, you can still land paddle. just got off one board onto another, and still have fun with friends, and get active and fit. it originated from the states. when paddling followed behind, just like skateboarders did, they took to the streets and are training for the sport. it's much more sensible than skateboarding, mainly down to the longer and wider wheelbase on the boards. you also have extra contact with the floor. with the paddle, you no longer have to take your foot off steer year feet» ~ ~ you the same sort of elegance

and grace as you glide along. i'm 70 and this is good exercise. i don't need to use my feet. it'sjust nice and fun. when it's really hot, and you're doing it, it feels really good. i don't skateboard but i do this, and it is really fun. i don't know, probably because of the paddle. it makes me feel more secure. in some parts of the world, there are no regular races. —— now regular races. i've been given a head start, but look at them coming through. hopefully there'll soon be regular competitions and championships! i'm finding this is already good exercise for your arms, upper body and core. it is important to find space away from the other path users before
