it is not necessarily that unusual on a sporting occasion to see somebody in a benign way, run around the pitch, get caught by the stewards and then be taken off. but in this case, the gentleman concerned went straight towards jack grealish. there was the incident and jack grealish was on the ground. quickly, he was surrounded by the stewards. a number of birmingham city fans would have enjoyed the incident initially because jack grealish has been something of a poster boy for their local rivals, an outstanding talent in the aston villa squad. but the dawning realisation of how serious an incident like that is on how badly it reflects on birmingham city was apparent to everybody. we have heard from jack grealish himself but are birmingham city aware of the consequences for them with this happening on their ground? they are aware, it has been on social media. birmingham city have a very proud and committed fan base but we know
