for the fact that some of these hit and miss showers and storms could affect the flood sensitive areas of northern england. low pressure is fully with us as we head into sunday night and into the start of next week, bringing bands of showers or even longer spells of rain so it will remain quite unsettled for next week particularly the first half of next week that there will be some sunshine around as well. you can see bands of showers and long spells of rain pushing west to east and there will be some sunshine around as well and the sunshine should not feel too bad and temperatures around the seasonal average of 19, 22, 23 or 24 degrees across the south. unsettled through the weekend mainly across northern and western areas and there is a better chance of staying dryer or warmer across the south and east.
