the last protester. he's quickly caught and eventually pushed into the crowd. the leaders of extinction rebellion say they regret these scenes but stand by the action. i would understand why people felt the desperation to undertake similar actions again. despite the hostile reaction you've had? i would understand it. from blocking roads in leeds, to disrupting the centre of cardiff, to targeting london city airport, extinction rebellion has tried to highlight climate change, but it depends on public support. trains like this one stopped in east london this morning are a low—carbon form of transport. but there was some sympathy. i salute you, honestly, and i hope, you know, we all find a solution.

george ford was starting six on the set of matches at the half has been dropped and it means that the captain shifts to number ten and henry comes into the midfield elsewhere courtney comes in and pola replaces joe elsewhere courtney comes in and pola replacesjoe in the elsewhere courtney comes in and pola replaces joe in the front elsewhere courtney comes in and pola replacesjoe in the front row. with a big talking point was that gamble ofa a big talking point was that gamble of a selection to take out george ford, despite playing well in recent matches and here's what eddiejones had to say but the decision. obviously, he is disappointed but he knows his role in the team. he has an important role and we have a squad of 23 and a squad of 23 where eve ryo ne squad of 23 and a squad of 23 where everyone has a role to play and i will lift a lot of good players committed eight players out of the squad of 31 and they are all disappointed but, he has got a significant role for us to place. australia and england are about to resume one of the great rivalries

in cape town. so the accumulation of those experiences hopefully will build confidence because you need to have some belief. the boxing world is coming to terms with the death of 27—year—old patrick day — who suffered a traumatic brain injury, in a match at the weekend. he's the fourth fighter in the sport to die this year. tributes continue to pour in for the american. patrick gearey reports. patrick described himself as a nice quy patrick described himself as a nice guy with the fighters sold. he had a degree, he had options and yet he chose to box. the sport he loved ultimately took his life. four days after suffering a brain injury in a fight in chicago, patrick day died surrounded by his friends. in the sports started by violence, produces shock, tributes from fellow fighters filled social media. a letter

written by his opponent on monday. in it he says: pain in the sport is inescapable. i feel as if i know the quy inescapable. i feel as if i know the guy because of the way people have written about him and like i said, last thursday, i will never forget he came over to me before the press conference and he was so excited you know... hejust... conference and he was so excited you know... he just. .. there have conference and he was so excited you know... hejust... there have been other dark moments in boxing, patrick day's death was the fourth in three months, some feel that there is simply too much risk in the ring for boxing to continue. medical associations consistently say that there is no safe way to box. this is completely avoidable and as long as boxing goes on, then there will be deaths and there will be people left

with lifelong disabilities. other bands call for additional safety measures to be brought in such as a change to the number of knock—downs allowed, but those who know boxing well know it is a high—stakes of risk versus reward. if you look at the facts of boxing in the way it is stacked up, there is no defence of this. the defences in the understanding of it. is when you go and meet with people in a boxing gym in the worst part of the city and you take their testimony, their tearful testimony about how the sport saved their lives stop by those who run boxing say they will work hard to learn any lessons they can but the sport realising the possibility of injury. it cannot avoid the chance of tragedy. boxing killed patrick day, but in the words of his promoters, it also made him feel alive.

four of the bulgarian men arrested for racially abusing england's black players, during monday's euro 2020 qualifer in sofia, have been fined around a50 pounds each. and banned from attending sporting events for 2 years. aston villa defender tyrone mings, who made his international debut , was one of those subjected to abuse... debut, was one of those subjected to abuse. his club manager was proud of the example he set. it does not surprise me how he handled the whole situation because he is articulate, he is intelligent and he is a very good human being. i think it was the right thing and if one player thinks it is ready to walk off than i think you all have to stay together. at the end of the day, if they walk off of that pitch, the people who have scored, lose their goals and who was the winner and all that?
