apple announced their entry into the streaming world earlier this year with the help ofjennifer aniston, steven spielberg and oprah are just some of the big names in hollywood working with apple to create original content for their new platform. apple tv+ is a streaming service which will cost $4 99 per month or £4 99 but customers who purchased a new apple device after september ten will get a year for free. apple tv+ is different from apple tv which is a physical box that can plug into your tv and basically turn it into a smart tv with apps that can allow you to play content from different places on the web, including netflix, disney and youtube. apple's new streaming service is more like netflix or amazon prime and is one of many new streaming services coming in the next few months. disney is launching disney plus in two weeks on hbo is launching hbo max in may of 2020 so
