the world darts championship, knocked out in the last 16. hello and welcome to sportsday, i'm ben croucher. it's not been much fun for england for most of the first test against south africa. half the squad have been hit by illness, a batting collapse in the first innings and scarce success for the bowlers this morning. but a fine rearguard in the evening session has setup a fascinating final couple of days in centurion, led by opener rory burns. adam wild reports. wherever england travel, their barmy army follows. on this centurion morning, what they found was frustration, the england squad ravaged by sickness, south africa unsympathetic, extending their lead

you might lose two or three, but we must also not forget that they have lost their she two or three, but we must also not forget that she south africa have lost their last five test matches and that can sometimes be very hard to come back and counter and if you are not entirely convinced yourself, if you see the runs being added slowly to the scoreboard and coming down, you have not taken many wickets, then you never know, i think that could be something that counts in england's favour tomorrow. who wins the premier league might be looking increasingly certain. the title race is over if you believe pep guardiola. saturday's action was mainly about the bottom half of the table. right at the bottom, norwich hosted spurs looking for a first win in seven. but for var they might have got it too — twice ahead against spurs but both sides had to make do with a point. here's patrick gearey. they used to send canaries down coal mines and norwich know they are below sea level but there is a still sunny optimism about their football. norwich one up on tottenham. it
