have rheumatoid arthritis which puts me in the vulnerable group. i am her mum and i am in isolation because i have multiple autoimmune conditions, so i have biological therapy which i am now having to learn to do at home. that is me. and my babies. i am emma and i am steve's sister. i am part of this family. i have got very vulnerable mental health issues. i am just going with the flow. they are all getting used to the new normal. people are getting on to be because i'm trying to get them on a schedule of activities, which has been semi—successful. isolation dances, that is our playlist! we have begin yoga and playing with the

dogs and doing art and just making the best out of a very bad and a scary situation. emma has gone to sleep on the floor and i am doing yoga! hi! look at all the bags! this is the most exciting part of the day. absolutely. have fun! we love you! bye! surprise! we are set up here for a few days. just so everyone knows, we did not panic by this. we always have things stashed up because we are chronically ill. we can avoid the apocalypse, we have got cheese. are you going to stop shouting as before rushing cheese? no!

with life limiting illnesses, they are all too aware of the risks. in our family we talk about death and dying people talk about roast dinners because it has been a part of my life for as long as i can remember. we do not know any different. i got out the fridge ready! lockdown that means they cannot risk travelling to hospital for treatment today a nurse is face time on caroline for instructions on how to inject herself. make certain it has gone in. absolutely! i want all my drug, 0k? i am going to flash my pants now. it is ok, i am blocking friends. yay! you are a start.

they have been warned not to leave home at all. i belong to the older sector of society and the town need to go oi'i the nhs websites. thousands and thousands of people of my age have not got computers. we are not computer literate and this is so frustrating! what is lockdown like if you are not tech savvy? hi! how are you doing? chris can't risk going to his parents home because they are too vulnerable. 95 and 89, this could affect me very big and that is why we isolated straightaway.

i am slightly afraid with my asthma because i get near anyone, it is going to kill me, i know it well. without gadget or social media to help, dave is battling through with his wife, diane. can you remember anything like this before? no, never. when the war was on, we could get out and we could see people and talk. this is completely alien. it is very different. but nevertheless it is a war against nature. what do you worry about with your health? i try not to worry about anything! i worry about people i love more than anything. i'd be ok? what are you doing? that is my constant concern. they put a circle of green card on the window, that means they are ok. if they have a problem they have got a red one that they can stick up oi'i the window.

to make tough decisions. this house is going into lockdown from tomorrow. i am moving out because she is isolating with the kids and it might — be up to 12 weeks or longer. ross and his wife leanne run the local pharmacy. their son, mason, as type one diabetes and is vulnerable to infection. i children told it was like health and safety is paramount, especially mason, he seems to contract anything. ross is moving to a friend's house while the family south isolates. this is where i have been sent to live now. about 400 yards from my own house. now i am the man of this house.

last night was horrendous, to be honest, because we never experience being without ross. it hit home how some could easily happen and this would be our lives without him. we really, really, really hope that ross stays safe. ross is here! there he is! they still try to have dinner together, even if it is online. their son rohan, at cardiff university, joins in. it sounds like something from a dystopian movie, it is so surreal, but hopefully all of this will blow over as soon as possible and we can be reunited and i can see the dog. all that matters is i get to see the dog, really.

bye! the welsh first minister has warned that april will be a difficult month for everyone in wales, as the death toll continues to rise. in newport, beauty business jana has to move out of the home she shares with her parents because the home she shares with her parents because they are self isolating. i am still living with my mum and dad, they are over 70, people have underlying health problems, nothing serious, with the coronavirus you just don't know what is going to happen. i know i am trapped in this shop by myself but my parents's safety comes first. i will take you over to my shop. it is usually quite busy.

at the moment i have moved in here and i have converted one of the beauty rooms upstairs into a bedroom for myself. this is going to be my home, i have a stash of food. i have got a microwave and a kettle. it is going to be fine. the last few days have been quite scary because this whole covid—i9 situation... last week, i make a decision to send all my staff home. spring is one of the busiest times, but 17 brides have cancelled their weddings and she has left thousands of pounds out of pocket. i have lost a lot of money already. i am quite worried about how i'm going to afford wages for this month. but it is fine. everyone is in the same boat.

back in swansea, palliative patient amy is not about to lose out on a weekly catch up with her friend. it is weird times, to be fair. i am doing all right because i have accepted in my head that this is how it has got to be for however long, so i have just got to make the best of it. and lockdown does not mean she can not have her dance class, even if they are 30 miles apart. this is lucy, she usually does dance class with me, so we are doing facetime dance class in the living room. right, ready? that is more like it, ladies! and pose! you've got to get the legs involved!

messages were not getting through. after seeing the people passing our roads over the weekend in convertibles, in motorbikes and gangs, pushbikes, people werejust using the not going to work are not going to school as the extension to their holiday and it was wrong. i am 41 years old and i am a farmer and i am in north wales and my wife lives with me, we have two children, we have a lot going on. thumbs up! this father is a key worker, supplying supermarkets with eggs. he is trying to keep his family safe

and business going at the busiest time of year. school, even though we are workers. but this creates other problems. it is a busy time of year with loving, so i take it is a busy time of year with lambing, so i take there with me because i have got to check the sheep. but days in, there is bad news. ijust had a text saying that the price of lamb has dropped by 72p per kilo. it has just wiped nearly £10,000 of my income with that i had left to sell. that is a great worry, because lamb prices were really high before covid—i9.

back in newport with the news that all weddings are cancelled for the foreseeable future, jenna is struggling. i do not know what to do. i want to pay my staff because they are so good. but ijust... i have no money. i have got nothing. sorry. look at the state of me. i am a really ugly crier. oh, god, the state of me. phone rings i want everyone to see the reality of the situation. i have never cried in front of a camera before.

here, ross has been inundated with customers. the shop has been a mental week, a mentalfortnight. i had one here for 25 years. after work, ross brings a surprise to his family. but he cannot come in. put them down! get back! missing the kids and missing leanne. and missing them terribly.

the next few days. a lot of dry weather around as well but the further north and west you are across the uk there is the chance of some rain at times. on the satellite picture you can see patchy cloud that developed today. and then the dry of cloud moving on from the atla ntic dry of cloud moving on from the atlantic that will bring rain for some of us. tied in with that is a plume, a conveyor belt of warm air and that will be heading our way and really setting in over the next few days. to this evening and overnight a lot of dry weather are bound initially but increasing amounts of cloud spending from the west and we will see outbreaks of rain for northern ireland in western scotland and down to eastern scotland and parts of north wales the odd of drizzle as possible. towards the south—east corner some breaks. some spots may be down to three or 4 degrees. for tomorrow across northern ireland and scotland will see some outbreaks of rain at times. some patchy drizzle for a time across northern england and north

wales but that will fizzle away and for the afternoon it looks like the rain will return once again. the further south and east you are some hazy sunshine. the wind is relatively light. lighter than they we re relatively light. lighter than they were today across northern parts of scotla nd were today across northern parts of scotland and there is temperatures a touch higher. 20 degrees in london. always cooler the further north and west you are. into monday high—pressure to the south. frontal systems running across northern parts of the uk so that will provide outbreaks of rain through sunday night and much of that wet weather will be clear from mainland scotland other than organise will be wet for a time. further bits and pieces of rain across northern ireland in southern scotland into northern england but the further south and east you are with some spells of sunshine, temperatures up to around 23 degrees. tuesday is a similar —looking day in many ways. some outbreaks of rain across the northern half of the uk. further south allows the dry with variable cloud and some spells of sunshine and by this stage we will see highs
