the virus and seldom uses a mask said they would get through it together. here's mark meadows, white house chief of staff. he spoke told reporters what measures have been in place. we what measures have been in place. have tested all and we have tested all of our core staff andi we have tested all of our core staff and i can tell you that mr kushner and i can tell you that mr kushner and mrsavino, and i can tell you that mr kushner and mr savino, myself, a number of us and mr savino, myself, a number of us have been tested and come back with negative results. and yet come at the same time i fully expect that as this virus continues to go on and come other people in the white house will certainly have a positive test result and we have the mitigation plan in place to make sure that the government not only continues to move forward with the work of the american people continues to work forward and move forward. well mark meadows said that he is optimistic the president will make a speedy recovery.

mike pence and amy kony bear also among those of tested negative for virus. —— amy call me barrett. a little while ago the first lady, melania trump also took to twitter. she wrote she is thankful for the ‘love you are sending our way. i have mild symptoms but overall feeling good. and adds that she too is looking forward to a speedy recovery. in the next hour, we'll be looking at this from all angles, with reaction from america and across the world. we'll ask what the news means for the us election campaign, and for global markets. first though, let's go to washington and get the latest from colleague, laura trevelyn who is there for us. laura — what a massive thing for americans to digest, very unsettling and the ripple effects will be huge. absolutely. one thing we know is there a frantic contact tracing operation under way at the white house. everybody he was come into contact with the president and the first lady in the last week has to be tested and what a scheduled the

president has had. he was in clevela nd president has had. he was in cleveland on tuesday for the debate. his rivalfor cleveland on tuesday for the debate. his rival for the cleveland on tuesday for the debate. his rivalfor the presidency, joe biden, has to be tested this morning. wejust learned biden, has to be tested this morning. we just learned that republican senator mike lee of utah on the senatejudiciary committee and helping to shepherd the nomination of amy cohen or barrett to the supreme court has tested positive. he was at the white house last saturday with the president with a meat barrett when her nomination was unveiled. —— when amy fussed times here. we are told the president is on the drop will remain on thejob. this hour in about 15 minutes, he is due to host a phone call at the white house on the topic of covid—i9 and vulnerable seniors. this as the president himself has been affected with the virus from age 7a and thought to be at risk because of his age and also the fact that he is overweight. very dramatic all of this with just 32 days to go into the election, here is my

colleague peter bowles. a bombshell like no other. a month before the presidential election, presidential election, donald trump and his wife melania, the first lady, have tested positive for coronavirus. it followed the news that one of his closest advisers, hope hicks, has the disease. she experienced symptoms of covid—i9 while accompanying the president at a rally in minnesota. she was quarantined on the presidential plane back to washington. earlier in the week she travelled to cleveland in ohio with mr trump for the presidential debate. she was seen arriving with his team not wearing a mask. the president confirmed his diagnosis in a tweet. the first lady later tweeted that they were both feeling good. the president's doctor said mr trump and his wife were both well at this time and plan to remain at home within the white house
5:06 pm
during their convalescence. rest assured, i expect the president to continue carrying out his duties without disruption while recovering. the late—night announcement has sent shock waves through america and the world. days after a heated debate with his democratic opponent, joe biden, mr trump is now confined to the white house for an indefinite period. he has cancelled a rally scheduled for tonight in florida. the coronavirus has long been the central issue in the presidential election campaign, with the democrats accusing mr trump of failing to alert the nation to the severity of the disease and for ignoring the advice of his medical experts. the virus has killed more than 200,000 americans and multiple states are experiencing a surge in cases. for months mr trump has been belittling joe biden for isolating himself at home in his basement and for wearing a mask
5:07 pm
during his public appearances. i don't wear masks like him. every time you see him he's got a mask. he would be speaking 200 feet away from him and he shows up with the biggest mask i've ever seen. the us vice president, mike pence, who would take over from donald trump if he became too ill to carry out his duties has tweeted his love and prayers to the president and his wife. we join millions across america praying for theirfull and swift recovery. election law in the us means the country will go to the polls on november the 3rd, but what happens between now and then is far from clear. they talk about the october surprise in american politics, but this is uncharted territory. millions of americans have been affected with coronavirus, including now the president and the first lady of the united states. the president has tried to downplay this virus which has claimed over a 200,000 american lives here. and now he has
5:08 pm
fallen prey to this highly contagious virus. today the white house will field a lot more questions about when exactly the president knew that his close aide hope hicks had tested positive, she fell ill on wednesday when she and the president were at a rally in minnesota. the president went off to a fundraising event in newjersey yesterday afternoon, when newspapers reported that the white house was aware of hope hicks symptoms as a president ( newjersey, so so many questions about how the white house will be handling this and we are told we will have regular updates and wall from across the political spectrum, good wishes are pouring in for the president and the first lady, you can't disguise the fact that this is an election season and this week at the house nancy pelosi who herself is being tested for the virus because she is third in line to the presidency should the president and vice president fall ill, she said essentially this is and sad but said the presidents behaviour going into crowds unmask
5:09 pm
was essentially a brazen invitation for something like this to happen. so even the fact the president illness it is in itself being politicized because we are just 32 delays away from the election. indeed. thank you, laura. much more to come. we are getting more reaction to this news of donald trump positive coronavirus test. the democratic leader chuck schumer has been calling for the senate to adopt a coronavirus testing and contact tracing programme, for all staff and senators present in the us capitol complex. he says it is imperative that those results are made public in order to contain any further possible outbreaks. more on that to come. just to give you some of the reaction as well. donald trump called him "a rat" and a liar. but that hasn't stopped former personal lawyer to the president michael cohen speaking about news
5:10 pm
of the coronavirus diagnosis. in exclusive comments to the bbc, he said: "this whole situation is tragic in that this was all preventable. what makes trump reckless is that he has access to the greatest, unlimited medical attention. proper testing could have avoided all of this for him and others. trump is now covid positive because of ignorance and arrogance." i'm joined now by our north america correspondent, gary o'donoghue, who is at the white house. what are you hearing at the moment from the latest at the white house? you heard mark meadows there earlier talking about the promise to be transparent but they were going to get regular updates, they clearly have had some clearance this morning including mr meadows muh have had some clearance this morning including mr meadows mthared kushner, the sun a lot, and dance camino, the man always with
5:11 pm
president during his social media. —— the son—in—law. —— dance covina. they are expecting more positive test results. they say they have a plan to mitigation in place to deal with that when it happens. they are also clearly trying to work out some kind of modus operandi for dealing with the president what he is in isolation. out of the leader of the free world operate as a leader of the free world if nobody can sit down with them and go through papers and new briefings and all that kind of thing? that all has to be worked out. it is a huge operation. everybody‘s waiting to see what the results of the former vice president joe biden passed ‘s test was because the concern would be that perhaps the concern would be that perhaps the president had may have developed symptoms or developing the virus, and presence of the virus come at the end of the debate on tuesday, who knows what we are waiting to hear about his results as well. the president still very much in charge at this moment? absolutely. no
5:12 pm
question about that. that is something that the message they want to be very clear about. that has all sorts of knock on effects if you waiver on that message, not least with the markets and with america allies around the world and america's enemies around the world. and i'll talk at this stage about the use of the 25th amendment, which allows the president to hand over temporarily to his vice president if he is incapacitated. that has happened in the past few decades a few times. signing a letter, going into surgery around anaesthetics and coming out of taking back power. also provision in the 25th amendment for people in the cabinet for example to this is the president is incapacitated what he says he is not. and go through a process there including congress taking away power but absolutely no talk of that at this stage. they say the symptoms are mild, and that it is business as
5:13 pm
usual in terms of what the president is doing. we have heard from melania trump taking to twitter saying that she is in good spirits and hoping for a speedy recovery. just talk us through for our viewers who are familiar with what the quarantine rules are. what is the period of isolation will be for the first lady in the president? there is some doubt about the specifics of that, particularly in terms of testing regime. essentially, you really should isolate according to the cdc for around 14 days after you develop symptoms. but of course, they have a testing regime here, where they can be tested multiple times per day. that is not true of most people around the world. and almost people in america. so it is perfectly possible for example that they could say it eight or nine days' time perhaps the present has had several clear tests and he is ok to take
5:14 pm
pa rt clear tests and he is ok to take part in this second residence debate for example. certainly the rallies that were in place for this weekend are all off. that second president of the pay. in any campaigning next week to be virtual, something he really cast his face against up until now and ridiculejoe biden for doing. —— second presidential debate. thank you, gary for that. medical experts say the president is ata medical experts say the president is at a higher risk from covid—i9 because of his age, gender and weight. he is 7a years of age which makes them more likely to need hospital treatment. than someone in their 20s. and at 17 and a half stone, he's also categorised as clinically obese, and therefore more vulnerable to the disease. here's our health correspondent, catherine burns. the president has had an interesting relationship with proportions relationship with precautions
5:15 pm
like face coverings. here he is in a may touring a mask factory, but not wearing one. byjuly, a change of heart, tweeting that many people say it is patriotic to a face mask when you cannot socially distance. but still, watching him getting irritated with a mask wearing reporter last month. you don't have to take that off, please. you have to take that off, please. how if you fight your way? if you do not take it off, you are very muffled, so if you take it off, it would be a lot easier. it is better, yes. this letter from the present‘s doctor, confirming that donald and melania trump both have tested positive and saying that they are both well, at this time. we know the president is tested routinely, so it is likely that this has been caught early on. small numbers of people are actually asymptomatic, but totally, they would have a very good prognosis.
5:16 pm
i think we will know more in a week's time exactly how the disease has played out. many people with this virus get just mild symptoms. if they do get sick, they tend to be ill for about five or seven days, and then either start to recover or become more seriously ill and may need hospital care. coronavirus is more of a risk the older you get. people aged 64 to 7a in america are five times more likely to need hospital care. and 90 times more likely to die than some in their 20s. the president is 7a, male and medically obese. all of these factors would put him in a higher risk bracket but he is also reasonably active with regular games of golf and it is one thing to see a pattern across an entire age group, you cannot really apply that risk to one individual person. the closest i can give you is that he has got a one in 25 chance of being quite seriously unwell, but you have
5:17 pm
to put that in context, he's also got a 2k out of 25 chance of not being unwell and also pulling through which i really hope he does. one way of looking at this is to think that if somebody gets covid—i9, it doubles the risk of dying that year, so by far, most people with the health profile of the president would recover. less talk more about those health risks. dr eric fiegl ding is an epidemiologist from harvard university and senior health fellow of the federation of american scientists. welcome and thank you for being with us. welcome and thank you for being with us. what is your reaction to the news that donald trump has tested positive? my reaction is very u nfortu nate, positive? my reaction is very unfortunate, but insider ways come it was inevitable epidemiology really. he flouts mask rules, this
5:18 pm
rules, the people around him do not wear a mask and you actually see it at the debate. the democrat side we re at the debate. the democrat side were mask and on the republican side nobody were mask. this complete ignorance and ignoring and downplaying of risk is what led up to this outbreak in the white house right now. what are the current rules for somebody that test positive in the us? the rule is that if you test positive, yours must immediately isolate. or if somebody around you test positive, you're supposed to immediately quarantine all close contact. here is the unusual and disturbing thing. hope ta kes unusual and disturbing thing. hope takes come his aide who tested positive, he knew that she tested positive, he knew that she tested positive as of thursday morning. he was informed. but he still went on his fundraising trips and travel to newjersey or is it met with donors and campaigners officials into
5:19 pm
meetings on thursday. he ignored the quarantine rules. and i think that is very, very dangerous. he willfully did that. knowing that his closet eight had tested positive. all of these altogether, do rules matter to the trunk white house? i'm not sure. yet, here we are with the both the president and the first lady testing positive and likely many more. we heard from mark meadows and earlier saying that when they knew that hope takes had tested positive the ada reddy had gone to a sort of contact and tray system. —— hope hicks. he didn't elaborate what that was but i'm sure more details will come out hopefully. regarding his age, 7a years old, £2“; will come out hopefully. regarding his age, 7a years old, e2“; in weight. thus this make you more vulnerable in a higher risk category for covid—i9? vulnerable in a higher risk category for covid-19? absolutely. as you know, age is a major risk factorfor severe adverse events and is also male, men have about 30 to 50% higher risk than women for severe
5:20 pm
outcomes. in addition, being overweight and i was a borderline obese. it is a major risk factor. he has other medications he takes for some other cardiovascular conditions. altogether, we know he is at high risk but at the same time he is the president of the united states. i wouldn't be surprised, my collea g u es states. i wouldn't be surprised, my colleagues and i have already assumed this, that he has already had convalescent plasma come he may have already guided experimental therapies. and he's probably already gotten looked at. he's got in the best medical care probably in the terms of the outcomes come it will bea terms of the outcomes come it will be a very atypical outcome. he could be a very atypical outcome. he could be at high risk for hospitalization but i don't think, given his stature, he would be reach that kind of level of risk. we have to leave it there. thank you very much for your time. we have some breaking news to
5:21 pm
bring on that. regards to the democratic presidential candidate, joe biden. we were hearing from his party that of course him and his tea m party that of course him and his team will be going through a process of being tested for covid—i9. we are now getting information thatjoe biden has tested negative for coronavirus. that information just breaking coming to us, joe biden, the democratic presidential candidate, has tested negative for coronavirus. of course, he met with donald trump and that presidential debate a few days ago. we were told that there were a number of feet apart but nevertheless, everybody that was part of that presidential debate in that place, it is now going to be part of a testing process. but that news is coming to us, joe biden has tested negative for coronavirus. he and his wife have already among the first to send a message of well wishes and speedy
5:22 pm
recovery to melania trump and to donald trump when that news broke that they had tested positive for the virus. let's focus now on the economic aspect of this story. unsurprisingly, the news that the president of the united states has coronavirus sent global stockmarkets falling. wall street opened sharply down — with the dowjones falling by around i%. we can cross live to new york and our business correspondent there michelle fleury, who is outside the stock exchange for us. you have been moderating this very closely. talk us to what was happening in that opening minutes and hours of trade today. for wall street, this was definitely an unwelcome surprise. the kind that people had been expecting, unusual needs to occur in the final weeks ahead of the election but not necessarily this, and as a result, you saw investors being more risk
5:23 pm
adverse, and that led to a fall and all of the major markets but also in the price of oil. the concern is what will this mean for us recovery. at the same time we had disappointing economic news coming out of the united states. in the shape of the monthly governmentjobs report. but what has happened in the last hour or so is this diagnosis compiled with that disappointing jobs report is going to heap more pressure on led makers to try and reach an agreement on some stimulus say it and referred from us house speaker nancy pelosi who herself has been making more optimistic comments that perhaps some sort of agreement ona that perhaps some sort of agreement on a stimulus still cannot be reached saying that as a result of this diagnosis, the dynamic has changed. and of course, you and i have been talking in the lead up to the presidential election. just that one month away now. what does this do in terms of time you spoke about
5:24 pm
it there, the uncertainty, but what that this is through moving into the campaigning territory closer to the election time? -- what this is due? january seems like a long time ago. we think back to the start of the year, or where i'm standing, investors where pretty positive about donald trump chances for reelection, a lot of that has to do with the strength of the us economy. thejobs picture was with the strength of the us economy. the jobs picture was good, with the strength of the us economy. thejobs picture was good, there with the strength of the us economy. the jobs picture was good, there was growth, now of course we're talking about unemployment rate at 7.9% and we can look back into recent history, it is very rare that you have a modern us president get reelected when things are looking this bleak for the economy. even though there is a recovery going on, you are still talking about the many people struggling to pay rent and put food on the table, businesses going bust, we heard from disney in airlines this week i huge lay—offs what's up against this backdrop, it is typical that voters don't
5:25 pm
necessarily reward the incumbent, that being said, this is not a typical year and a typical presidential election, so it is still too hard to tell but again, just going unprecedented, it is a very tough economic environment right now. thank you, michelle. joe biden we heard that he has tested negative for covert and his wife, they have taken to twitter. more on this from laura. what can you tell us? yes, joe biden of course was on stage with the president although in a socially distant fashion on tuesday night. at that first contentious presidential debate which feels like years ago. he has tweeted that he and his wife tested negative this morning. he thanks everybody for their messages of concern and says this is that they were minor wear a mask, keeps social distancing and wash her hands. —— serves as a reminder. social distancing and wash her hands. -- serves as a reminder. more ina
5:26 pm
hands. -- serves as a reminder. more in a moment. stay with us here on the breaking news. we are watching bbc news. back with more. hello. it was a lovely day today across scotland where we had the blue skies and smiled these guys are going to look very different. that is because the wet and windy weather we've had for the south is going to develop more widely this weekend. the rain will be the issue, likely to be flooding, travel disruption although there will be strong winds at times. in earlier today this morning we had very windy weather through the english channel from storm alex, that has we can and is getting consumed by a larger area of low pressure that will move northwards into the uk and spread that rain and the stronger winds to more areas. more rain at the moment across parts of england in particular, went for essential areas, a bit drier too wellston southwest later on is still windy here. the winds were blowing more rain into eastern part of scotland. westi n rain into eastern part of scotland. westin scotland and northern ireland
5:27 pm
largely dry, clear skies and a bit chilly here. maybe some really sunshine tomorrow. generally cloud of rain on the way as the rain sets infor of rain on the way as the rain sets in for more of england and wales. gales still in the southwest turning waiter across scotland and largely dry for northern ireland and after the rain players we can get some sunshine for the southeast of england, temperature is getting a boost but underneath the cloud, it isa boost but underneath the cloud, it is a chilly ii to 13 degrees. that rain will be heavy at times, especially over the hills and we have amber rain warnings to the met office for later on saturday into saturday night. could be more than two inches of rain actually. further north, another area likely to have some flooding, the northeast of scotland, a lot of rain especially over the hills. blown in off of the north sea come around our area of low pressure. as we move into the second half of the weekend, the centre of the low will be sitting slap bang over the uk. so we have the stronger winds, probably around the stronger winds, probably around the edges where we have this rain
5:28 pm
and it should move away from the northeast of scotland in the morning. what weather not far away from northern ireland heading into south wales in the southwest of england. that is windy for many central part of the uk, but there will be sunshine and some heavy showers around as well. it is still a cool day typically 13 or 14 degrees. those temperatures will not change as we look ahead into the early pa rt change as we look ahead into the early part of next week. the ones won't be a strong but there will be some sunshine and some heavy showers. —— the winds will not be as strong.
5:29 pm
hello this is bbc news. the headlines. president trump and the us first lady are in quarantine after testing positive for coronavirus. the couple will self—isolate in the white house for ten days. their diagnosis comes after one of mr trump's closest aides — hope hicks — also tested positive. well, obviously i think we all want to send our best wishes to the president and first lady.
5:30 pm
and i've done that this morning, as you can imagine. and i'm sure that they'll both stage a very strong recovery. scotland's first minister calls on one of her mps, margaret ferrier, to stand down, after she travelled by train from london to glasgow despite knowing she had coronavirus. this is not a minor breach of the rules. it's not an inadvertent breach of the rules. it's a really flagrant and dangerous breach of the rules. 770 students at northumbria university test positive for covid—i9, with 78 students showing symptoms. all have been told to self—isolate. eu commission president ursula von der leyen — calls for post—brexit trade talks to "intensify" ahead of a call with borisjohnson on saturday.
5:31 pm
scotland's first minister nicola sturgeon has called on one of her mps to stand down from parliament, after she took a train from london to glasgow despite knowing she had coronavirus. margaret ferrier has apologised for breaking covid rules, and has been suspended from the snp group at westminster. nicola sturgeon said the mp's actions were indefensible. here's our political correspondent, nick eardley. margaret ferrier with nicola sturgeon last year. when she won back rutherglen for the snp. after travelling from london to glasgow, despite testing positive for coronavirus, she has been suspended from the snp group at westminster and is under intense pressure to resign completely from parliament. her actions were reckless, dangerous and completely indefensible. i feel very angry on behalf of all of you. i have also spoken to her directly and made crystal clear to her, that i think she should now resign
5:32 pm
as an mp. i would like to start by paying tribute to all nhs key workers and volunteers... this is ms ferrier in parliament on monday. her decision to attend has caused outrage. on saturday she had shown symptoms and took a coronavirus test. at that point, she should have self—isolated. on monday she felt better and travelled to london. however, after speaking in parliament, she received a positive test result. at that point, by law, she should have self—isolated but travelled back to scotland on tuesday morning by train. it is not if, it is when, now. margaret ferrier must stand down and resign as a member of parliament. she has no credibility now to deliver the message from both of scotland's governments to keep people safe. ms ferrier is coming under considerable pressure to quit parliament, not just from her political opponents, from many inside the snp.
5:33 pm
that would trigger a by—election in her seat rutherglen. it is not clear when that will take place during the pandemic. crucially, though, the snp cannot force her to stand down and as things stand, the decision is hers alone. the snp are also facing questions about who knew what and when. the party says it became aware of ms ferrier‘s positive test on wednesday, but not that she had travelled after showing symptoms and after getting a positive result until thursday. one person in parliament has been told to self—isolate as a close contact. unions have said parliament should take more action. how could somebody put us at risk? we cannot allow for that. the fact is, we advise people what to do, how to behave if you show symptoms, please stay away. if you need a test, go and get a test, but whatever you do, don't come into the house of commons. ms ferrier has not made any public
5:34 pm
comment since her apology last night and, for now, remains an mp. within the past hour, the prime minister, has been speaking to our scotland political correspondent david porter. he was asked whether he thought margaret ferrier should stand down. well, i am going to leave that one very much to the scottish national party, and to their wits and that's for them to decide. but it's very important that everybody obeys the rules. and the guidance. because, you know, you saw what happened in march and april in scotland, across the country, we all came together and we got the virus down. alas, i think probably what happened since thenis think probably what happened since then is everybody got a bit, kind of, you know, complacent and a bit blase about the transmission. and the rules on social distancing were
5:35 pm
not perhaps obeyed in the way that they could have been, or enforced in a way that they could have been. and that's why we have had to put in measures both in scotland and elsewhere to help bring it down again. i hope that they will work, and we have to keep a very careful eye on it. we are also trying to perform this balancing act of keeping education going and the economy going as we can. it relies very much a people collectively doing the right thing. it must worry you if mps and advisers are so blata ntly you if mps and advisers are so blatantly not sticking to the rules. i think everybody should stick to the rules, and that's what they are therefore. we have seen that they did makea therefore. we have seen that they did make a huge difference. everybody follow the guidance, everybody stayed at home and
5:36 pm
protected the nhs, we saved many thousands of lives. i've got absolutely no doubt about it. we can do that again this time around. northumbria university has confirmed that 770 students have tested positive for covid—i9 and are all now self—isolating. it comes as more than 50 uk universities confirmed they have cases of coronavirus since students began returning to campus last month. thousands of students are self—isolating in halls at some universities — including manchester metropolitan, glasgow university the university of sheffield, and the university of liverpool. the government has announced that 6,968 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the latest 2a hour period. another 66 people have died within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test result — bringing the total number of uk deaths to 42,268.
5:37 pm
an official survey of coronavirus infections in england has found some evidence that the steep rise in cases last month may be starting to level off — though the office for national statistics says it's too early to be certain. its survey suggests nearly eight and a half thousand people are contracting covid—i9 every day. the latest data on the r rate, which shows how many people one infected person can go on to infect, shows it stands at between 1.3 to 1.6 — a rise on last week. our health correspondent anna collinson reports. it has been a week of confusion for many. one in four people in the uk are now living under some form of extra coronavirus restrictions. but the picture varies depending where you are. and from tomorrow new strict measures will be introduced in middlesbrough, hartlepool, warrington and liverpool. while it means further upheaval for struggling businesses, some health officials wanted them
5:38 pm
to go further. we are seeing the impact on our hospital system already. we know the number of hospital admissions due to coronavirus has increased tenfold since the start of the month. frankly, i am worried this hasn't quite gone far enough. but to be fair this isn'tjust about rules, this is about people doing the right thing. it is estimated i in 500 people in homes across england had the coronavirus at the end of september. the figure is the same as last week but the office for national statistics says it is too early to say infections are falling. new data from public health england suggests infection rates are highest in the north west and yorkshire. the government says it is constantly monitoring the situation. we want to strike a sensible and pragmatic balance between controlling the virus and making sure that other things that matter to all of us including protecting livelihoods, education and mental health and our broader way of life can be maintained. so what are the latest rules for the uk? in wales 2.3 million people are currently banned from meeting
5:39 pm
with other households indoors. they are also not allowed to leave the affected areas without good reason. in northern ireland and scotland you cannot meet in someone's home if you don't live with them. new restrictions on businesses are coming in for derry and strabane. in england there are measures in much of the north and midlands. residents cannot mix outside their household in a house or garden. the welsh government has also announced those living in lockdown areas will be allowed to form a bubble with another household and meet them indoors. the idea is indeed to ease some of that sense of loneliness, isolation, not being able to talk to anyone else. there is more than one form of harm from coronavirus and a sense of mental well—being is an important thing that we can make a difference to through this change. it is claimed a three—tier system of local lockdown measures would simplify an increasingly complicated situation, with different levels indicating the severity of infections. an announcement is
5:40 pm
