now back to the paralympics in tokyo. day five gets underway in just a few hours' time. 0ur reporter rachel latham is there for us. tomorrow will be the busiest day of these paralympic games in tokyo, with 63 medals on offer in ii sports. let's start by looking at the athletics. great britain's hannah cockroft will be going for gold in the 100 metres. she already won gold in london and in rio, and she will be hoping to defend that title. we will see maria lyle go again in the 200 metres. she has already picked up a bronze medal in the 100 metres here in tokyo and she will be hoping to get another tomorrow. the triathlon for the women also starts tomorrow. and great britain's claire cashmore and lauren steadman will be going head—to—head, battling it out for gold. lauren steadman won a silver medal in rio in the triathlon and claire cashmore is the current world champion. it's going to be a very close race between those two. and great britain is also looking to make a bit of history in the wheelchair rugby. they have never won a medal

this is bbc news — these are the latest headlines in the uk and around the world. the last uk flight to evacuate civilians from afghanistan leaves kabul — the ministry of defence says the final planes to leave will be for diplomatic staff and military personnel. extraordinary job extraordinaryjob to evacuate as many as we have, but i am afraid it is absolutely heartbreaking that we cannot bring everybody out and i think that point has been made very strongly, certainly by the defence secretary and others over the last ten days or so. the us military says a strike by one of its drones has resulted in the deaths of "two high profile" targets, following thursday's attack at kabul airport which killed as many as 170 people. the other main headlines here in the uk:
