dad took that clark there and his dad took that piece of video and has been watched by more than 1 million time for a look at the weather. here's ben rich. not a bad result weather—wise if you like spring warmth and sunshine and this was the scene in the north—west of wales, a beautiful day and temperatures in north—west wales today got close to 21 celsius and the warmest day of the year so far will stop 21 as well in northolt in the north—west of london and plenty of other places not too far behind. for most of us it's been a story of beautiful sunshine, patchy cloud in the west where it has been breezy and one or two rogue showers this afternoon but one or two across northern england and southern scotland and they will fade and overnight we look at clear, starry skies. at this time of year despite warmer days, the knights can still get quite cold and so it will be tonight with temperatures getting close to freezing and below in places, so a touch of frost or some and some fog patches across parts of south—east scotland and northern

england and especially through the vale of york but any fog should clear quickly and then it's another beautiful day with the wind is lighter than they have been today across western parts and possibly the odd shower if you squint at the map across eastern scotland and england and temperatures around where they have been, between 16 and 20 and may be 21 degrees and one or two places. for thursday, 20 and may be 21 degrees and one or two places. forthursday, england and wales will see more of the seine, sunny spells in a row shall add for northern ireland and scotland a bit more cloud, spots of rain in most places dry and between 15 and 19, may be 20 degrees. we will see the cloud lingering in northern parts as we had through friday and then that's expected to sink further south into the weekend, so perhaps a bit more cloud in the mix and a greater chance of seeing fog, but high pressure remains in charge, so through the weekend it stays mainly dry with spells of sunshine and a bit more in the way our cloud but next week a northerly wind is set to develop, a very different feel and there could even be some wintry showers. but that's a

actually said when there was rumours about them being involved in a bid for the world cup that that wouldn't be an issue and because it is a similar bed, his thoughts are expected to be the same and it shouldn't be a problem.- thank you very much for bringing us up thank you very much for bringing us up i'm sure that tournament will come around quicker than we expected. it's remarkable, isn't it, to think that the next world cup finals are nowjust eight months away. the choice of qatar has attracted a huge amount of controversy. the country has faced international scrutiny over the treatment of migrant workers ever since it won the rights in 2010. netherlands manager louis van gaal is part of a commission within the dutch fa which evaluates the ongoing situation in qatar with regards to human rights and is clear on why he thinks they were awarded the tournament. translation: everybody knows that i find this ridiculous. _ translation: everybody knows that i find this ridiculous. according - translation: everybody knows that i find this ridiculous. according to - find this ridiculous. according to fifa, they are going to play in a country to develop football there,
6:40 pm
and you do that by organising a tournament in that country? well, that's nonsense. but that doesn't matter. it's about money, about commercial interest, and that is the only thing that fifa cares about. let's get an update on the chelsea ownership story now. we know the deadline for bids to buy the club is tomorrow, with the list of contenders then set to be whittled down to preferred bidders this week. today, the chelsea supporters' trust have urged the government to disregard any bid that does not include the issuing of a golden share for supporters. this would essentially give fans more represenation and power in the decision making of the club. and our sports reporter alastair magowan has been following this story for us. the chelsea support her trust has asked that basically the government to be tellers any bed that doesn't include a golden chair within it, and what that means is basically giving fans more of a say and how the club is run and they can stop the club is run and they can stop the sale of a club that might move
6:41 pm
location, for example, or a change its club colours are christ. there has been a couple of beds that have been put in for chelsea that have mentioned this sort of thing. one of them is and it can become of the british property investor, he mentioned that he will include a golden chair, which will include fans, and he's made a bed of over £2 billion already, sir martin is the other, and he said he wanted to establish a best in class governance model with fans at the heart of the decision making, so those two are certainly in the running, as it were, in terms of putting the funds. where are we on the timescale and timeframe for all of these decisions to be made? 50 timeframe for all of these decisions to be made?— to be made? so the beds have all one in. to be made? so the beds have all gone in- the _ to be made? so the beds have all gone in. the next _ to be made? so the beds have all gone in. the next step _ to be made? so the beds have all gone in. the next step is - to be made? so the beds have all gone in. the next step is a - to be made? so the beds have all gone in. the next step is a short. gone in. the next step is a short list and we understand that will be about three or four different names that will then go forward. it will be a case of whether the final bidder is chosen from chelsea, but also the involvement the other thing
6:42 pm
thatis also the involvement the other thing that is important in all of us is the government as well. they need to grant a licence for the saw to go through, ensuring that none of the funds, that's part of the deal when it comes to the sanctions as well, so they need to grant the licence, but the interesting thing will be who makes the final decision from chelsea and the chairman is very much involved, but there is a chance that he could pick the final person as well, because obviously he's handling it. the sanctions don't mean he can't decide who is the next owner of chelsea, and then politically it will be interesting to see how that plays out because obviously the starting point for all of us was inputting the club up for sale and the sanctions imposed by the government. so i think there's lots of issues to work there before we get to a point where we know who the next owner of chelsea is. we will continue to follow that story here. we're also following any developments on liverpool and manchester city's fa cup semifinal at wembley. that's because at the moment, engineering works mean there are no direct trains to london, from either city over easter weekend, when it's on.
6:43 pm
the fa say that they are working to find a solution so that supporters of both teams are able to travel to and from the fixture with minimal disruption. in a joint statement liverpool's spirit of shankly group earlier our reporter austin halewood spoke to city fan harry winters. it's incredibly frustrating. there is a fine balance to be struck between the fact that there is a crisis in the sense that getting to wembley is a difficult now, and even more so if there is no trains available, but on the other side, you've got to make sure that the prestige of the fa cup, celebrating 150th anniversary of the competition this year, and it's an incredibly prestigious moment and the semifinal is an event which is a showpiece event and it's an an event which city back in 2011 was their first trip to wembley, and in that sense commits a memorandum moment which was incredible for me and said he fans. all fans deserve that, to have
6:44 pm
that opportunity. you don't want to take that prestige and not —— away from it, but on the flip side, getting there is incredibly difficult for this game on this weekend. he like a change to be made to get to them easier, but on the flip side got to maybe look at look at moving it towards the northwest. the big stadiums here. england then themselves play games away from when now, so why do we need to play this game in the northwest at wembley four if there is a game that's going had at wembley anyway within chelsea, crystal palace, the sun can be played in the northwest. it's all about being sensible and caring for the fans, because this is an we can talk about so much, notjust the fans, because this is an we can talk about so much, not just for chelsea recently, but nearly a year on from the super league, in that sense, we always spoke about having more consideration looking after the fans and this is an example of that not happening. you mentioned the hope that it might move, but if the game does stay at wembley in the situation that we are currently in. lots of talk about this on twitter and social media,
6:45 pm
all day, liverpooland this on twitter and social media, all day, liverpool and city fans, some of them suggesting that they might even boycott the game. could you see that happening? i might even boycott the game. could you see that happening?— you see that happening? i think that's unlikely _ you see that happening? i think that's unlikely considering - you see that happening? i think that's unlikely considering howl you see that happening? i think i that's unlikely considering how big the game is, notjust the fa cup semi final, but city and liverpool are two teams added in the premier league and in europe, potentially facing each other in the champions league final this summer. it's a game which has huge implications to it as well, city going for the travel. liverpool still searching to do that, so it is a massive game, particularly considering that they need just a few days before in the primarily, it seems as though you it's not a game you want to buy cat considering how big again it is, particularly when you think about the magnitude that pat guardiola has in the rivalry that has developed. that's just one of the stories that you can catch up on on today's addition setback of the football news show,
