gone through any part of the process of male puberty. as you'd expect it's a decision that's dividied opinion. 0ur correspondent jane dougall has been following the story. jane, this is being framed by some as fairness versus inclusion — and that fairness had to come first — so what did fina decide specifically was unfair? they gathered a great deal of evidence for this, over the course of six months i compiled a tax force doctors, sizes, human right lawyers and sports performance experts to research this issue. when they came back with the policy they were very careful to reiterate that it was all based on the silence. that policy was overwhelmingly voted in by fina members by 71%. one of the experts giving evidence said the benefits of male puberty were evident in as young as 12. and crucially doctor joyner said that after the suppression of testosterone, of
