bully. what is your experience? prior to the last year where i am now self—employed, i worked in the nhs for seven years. basically, near enough, every department i worked on, i think six in total, always been some sort of bully in the department, some have been worse than others. sadly my first everjob post graduating was working in a department where i experienced the worst form of bullying in the nhs. at the time, i was working on bank which was basically zero—hours contract. i was heavily reliant on my income. it meant that any interaction negatively could have got me the sack on the spot which resulted in my reaction at the time to what happened to me being quite sad, really, ithink. but what
