local police department. cognisant of the fact this is a suspect who after it is alleged they injured and killed at least 16 people, is now still at large and because of that, this is a city which essentially has been shut down and we await that press conference to learn more. it will also be a press conference which will be informing residents, some 37,000 people who live in that city about the steps in the days ahead, as they are on lockdown, as they are being told to shelter in place and lock their doors and as there are also been told not to take their kids to school while the investigation goes on us authorities respond to this mass casualty situation, also trying to apprehend the man we can see there in that photo.
