chance of the sunshine. with the low pressure running towards scandinavia, we see this little runner pushing in quickly from the atlantic. the position of the cloud and rain could change. it looks like it will be affecting more of england and wales with a few showers left in scotland but not as many to end the week with showers later in the day towards northern ireland. temperatures in glasgow, only 15 degrees, should be 20 at this time of year. heading into the weekend briefly, be low pressure, the weather front moving away slowly but surely. we are left with more of a north—westerly breeze to start the weekend. never particularly a good sign and still have showers, maybe long spells of rain, more for eastern scotland and eastern areas of england with the sunny skies out towards the west where pressure is a bit higher.

temperatures are below average for this time of year. heading further on into the weekend and into next week, the main problem at the moment is the jet stream is to the south of the uk so we are in the cooler side of the jet which is why temps are a bit disappointing. the position of the rain areas no doubt will change but the theme that still there. still rather disappointing, rather unsettled. maybe into next week temperatures could be a little bit higher but maybe i am just clutching at straws. still rather mixed weather for this time of year.
