of the war in gaza. it basically says, accuses the israelis of having 90% of humanitarian aid denied in the south of the last month. all of this in the context of the current israeli attack in two military assault in northern gaza. the american say this has amounted to a series of adding to the numbers of people being forced into that narrow coastal strip in gaza. and says that those people are now in high risk of contagion. it goes through a series of measures, it wants the israelis to let much more aid into surge aid in the head of the winter. if not it says that they risk the implementation of a particular part of us law, the foreign assistance act and a particular section which denies military
