monday. we were hearing there from the children of donald trump, including donald trump jr there. saying that his father, there is no more resilient man in the world than donald trump. we heard from lara trump, saying the man who will save notjust our country but the entire world, a bit of hyperbole you could say, in front of this crowd of supporters. this is the capital one arena rally, and we have also, we are going to hearfrom president elect donald trump shortly, we understand. and this is part of the big weekend of events ahead of his inauguration, where he will be sworn in for a second term of four years, this make america great again victory rally is the first time he has spoken in washington, dc since the time four years ago when he spoke to supporters and encourage them to march on capitol in 2021 against his defeat, so very

different tone as he is about to come back into power. and we understand his inaugural address, we get some indication from these victory speeches this evening is what kind of tone he will adopt in the inaugural address on monday. so a bit of a preview of the town. as you might remember, when he spoke at his inauguration in first time, it was quite a dark speech. we are expecting from the briefings we are hearing this might be a bit more conciliatory. though in recent weeks there has been some degree of... foreign allies being slightly disconcerted by his musing aloud about taking over greenland and the panama canal and turning canada into a us state. so we will wait to see what we are expecting from donald trump in those first few weeks in office, and we understand it's going to be what has been described as shop and all, with around 100 executive orders being brought in —— what has been described as shock and awe. while we watch that rally and expect to

hear from watch that rally and expect to hearfrom donald trump, we are seeing pictures from outside the prison in israel, where we are expecting the release of 90 orso are expecting the release of 90 or so palestinian prisoners as part of the israel hamas ceasefire deal. we have had the release of three hostages today, three female hostages, and now the expectation is that around 90 palestinian prisoners might be released as well. this is controversial, clearly, in israel, because they see those prisoners often as terrorists and murderers, though in its first phase, we understand it is women and children, our youngsters, who are being released. clearly, palestinians believe that some of these prisoners are fighting against israeli rule and has been unfairly imprisoned. so a lot of tension still in that first day of this ceasefire deal, which began late after an initial delay, when hamas initially released... didn't release the names of the procedures that were going to

become a hostages that were going to be released. then it did go ahead, eventually, several hours later. and we have seen the return of the three israeli hostages released by hamas. let's recap for you how that day went. they arrived at a hospital on the outskirts of tel aviv where they have been reunited with theirfamilies. the israeli government has released this footage of doron steinbrecher, romi gonen and dual british—israeli national emily damari being reunited with theirfamilies. let's have a listen into the moment when they had a chance to hug theirfamilies. they laugh. they appear to be in reasonable health. if the ceasefire holds — and that seems to be the case

so far — around 30 other hostages will be released in the coming days. in return, israel is due to begin releasing palestinian prisoners — we have not seen any pictures of that yet. there are also agreements about the return of palestinians to their homes in gaza, an increase in aid deliveries, and a withdrawal of israeli forces from gaza. deputy director general of health, dr sefi mendelovich, has been giving an update about the released hostages health. not that long ago, emily damari, doron steinbrecher, and romi gonen arrived at this hospital. all of us awaited their arrival, overjoyed to see them come home to us. the preparation for receiving emily, doron and romi at the hospital included the formation of a physical and mental health care environment that is extensive, compassionate and professional. the meticulous planning for admitting and caring for them at the hospital, and for their ongoing care within their communities,

has been under way for the past year and draws lessons from the previous cases. today we will encounter emily, doron and romi after 471 days in hamas captivity. this reality is almost impossible to grasp. all of us on the medical staff within the health care system are ready to deal with any medical condition that could possibly result from that reality. the preparation process also entailed groundwork at six hospitals that are ready to admit the returning captives in the near term. four are in the centre of the country and two are closer to the gaza border for cases that require emergency medical evacuation. as anticipated, emily, doron and romi were admitted at sheba hospital, were reunited with their families and began a medical evaluation, undertaken with the utmost care and dedication by the hospital staff. this is, of course, a complex situation,
