markets have pared back some of those loses, compared to its peers. quarter earnings on thursday. revenue was better than analysts estimated, even as the iphone and sales in china disappointed. correspondent, ritika gupta. revenue rose 4% to around $124 billion in the fiscal first quarter. the results show that apple is struggling to catch up in china, one of its biggest markets, with an 11% drop in sales there.

there is a misplaced notion that apple intelligence is going to deliver a blockbuster bonanza on day one. instead, you need to think of it as the goose that lays golden eggs. as apple intelligence becomes more prevalent in more markets, as more people adopt apple intelligence, they will realise the value, the benefits of that overarching experience. dividends over time, because the point of for apple, it's not about apple intelligence, it's about apple experience.
