with one person on the ground — another 19 people were injured. the crash happened only a minute after the plane took off. it comes just two days after a collision between a military helicopter and a passenger plane in washington dc. graham satchell has the latest. the moment the jet crashed, captured on cctv cameras across philadelphia, the explosion heard and seen for miles around. the plane came down in a heavily populated part of the city at rush hour. it set cars and buildings on fire, wreckage from the aircraft strewn across the streets. eyewitnesses described the moment of impact. ijust see the plane is getting lower and lower and lower and it nipped the house and it hit a couple of cars. boom!
