country there are two types of specialists: realtors agents working with real estate. to become a realtor, you need to have a higher legal or economic education, pass. specialist with such a certificate has the right to conclude contracts on behalf of the agency, certify the signatures of the parties to the transaction and carry out any procedures related to its completion. there are currently 1074 such specialists in belarus. agents are field workers who post photos and descriptions of properties on the internet, go to inspect real estate, show housing and plots to clients, communicate with... and they, without the necessary qualifications, not knowing the laws of the country and the market, often try to work as realtors, give people stupid advice, and they lose money

time. to eliminate such cases, the new law wants to establish a norm that will allow people with higher education in any field to work as realtors, and not just lawyers and economists. and it will also oblige all current agents to retrain as realtors, pass an exam, receive a certificate of certification and provide belarusians with realtor services, not disservices, with personal responsibility for every mistake. yes, yes, it is in this norm that the secret of negative comments on the internet lies. the guys are politely asked to study and work as they should, and not as want, but not all the guys want to study, they are hidden before the acceptance stage. any educational institution that develops a program for such a course and agrees with the ministry of justice will be able to conduct training and prepare future realtors for the exam at the ministry of justice. the training itself will last about a week, they wanted to do three, but they thought

are restrictions on sale or rent, because an attempt to check the history of an apartment, for example, can catch the personal data of its owners. the new law will allow realtors to check the history of real estate objects, although it has not yet been decided in what format they will be able to do this, either they will be given partial access to some property registration databases, or they will be allowed to do requests and quickly receive answers from. the received certificates will be confidential, they cannot be shown to clients or their contents disclosed to them. realtors can simply say that their expert analysis of the property has shown that the transaction is impossible or carries high risks. and for disseminating the information received about an apartment or plot, the realtor can be deprived of his certificate. the same measure will follow any action that a special commission considers incompatible with the profession of a realtor. we will create a realtor chamber, the same as
