i think there are a lot of interesting things that have come out. to my mind, the most important thing is that transparency it has given. we have been given a wealth of information and when you look at the level of detail it gives us analyst a lot to work with and to my mind one of the interesting takeaways was at the press conference where the vice president made it increasingly demand as he credited the problem. this is the managed -- message we have heard from some time which is basically it's up to the government to take action reform,the structural on the better mix of fiscal policy. this is where some the criticism perhaps comes up in the stress test. i have heard from some observers that they would've liked to see a more severe and deflation tested. , amy point, to my mind stress test is always a balancing act.

if you make it too severe, it can become a self fulfilling prophecy. if you do not make a severe enough, it is not even the credibility you are looking for. i think this is where the the one stands out to be different. yes, you can argue there is not an outright deflation, but there is a significant downward adjustment and more importantly, there is a significant negative shot to gdp. -6.6 percent and importantly taking it out another year. the stress is for a longer piano of time. i feel the adverse scenario was recently adverse and i do not feel particularly happy about it. what worries me now is will the governments take action and take us forward? >> or do you think they will with the bickering between structural reforms? are we making progress or not? at a are making progress
