>> i think it means the fed should not move. there is monetary tightening driven by the dollar. that will appreciate the euro. when everybody else would like them to do that. mark: we did see some growth in germany, but we see this tepid growth and underperformance going on in italy. >> there is very little evidence that outside germany, there is a great deal of strength.
