weekends. it took a year and half to perfect the cream, three years to actually approach our first retailer. >> wow. >> so, you always have to be thinking about marketing, you have to think about sales promotion. >> wow. that's just...that's a lot. just to actually hear it from somebody made me realize how much work it would be. >> there's a lot of un-glamorous aspects of the glamour business. >> it's not hard at all. it's just tedious 'cause it's very, like, repetitive. there's nothing exciting about it, really. it's boring. >> everyone has a dream, but i think that when you actually have the ability to come into your dream and have a good look around, sometimes you may have to put that off for some time. >> i'm not really a methodical type of person.
