the black friday survey which surveyed all adults going shopping and only 31% said they intend on buying electronics. does that mean that the electronic stores are dead money? >> well, i'm focused on it. >> i still think that there are other things i don't think apparel is going to be a great place. so in terms of the retailers selling the items that you think will be hot, have we already seen the run ups in the stocks? >> i have been chasing my price targets a little bit. i'm still recommending ralph lauren and nordstrom.

>> which one would you say is a good bet? >> the biggest bounce from some of the beat up companies like coach. j.c. penneys. where expectations are extremely low. i think there are probably more negative data points ahead for the holiday season and perhaps some better points to buy some of the stocks. >> teen space has been a disaster. any value there in terms of valuations for the stocks being completely overdone to the downside? >> urban outfitters is an interesting one. i think the business is on a lot stronger footing than abercrombie & fitch. they have a strategy that works

>> we are on winter storm watch as we head into prime time for holiday travel. we have the latest in new jersey. >> hey, melissa. the intensity of this storm seems to be a little bit lower than expected but what we have seen is the cancellations and delays. the snowball effect of sorts as the airline schedules get extremely backed up after three days of really rough travel. so far nearly 2,000 cancelled flights since monday. philadelphia seeing the brunt of those cancellations. the top number with 70 where we are right now, not far behind. dan baker said this storm has impacted every city whether you're going to or from one of the cities.

the u.s. dollar may be giving you a hint. time for the chart of the day. >> i think the bond market likes to get ahead of the market and ahead of the fed. this is is a major trend line where it's now basically support for the dollar. the yen was seeing serious resistance. if you look at the data that came out today, very good data.
