subscription now. >> she was customer service. she ran the department for three years. >> people were cursing and going crazy. >> many had no clue they were signing up for a monthly charge. the vip membership was preselected at checkout. customers had to uncheck the box to opt out, and when she told management that customers were begging to cancel, it was like try to keep them no matter however you could. >> kassie was one of those customers calling in to get a refund after she ordered a bra and underwear set in 2015. >> it wasn't comfortable it wasn't soft i wasted $25 i won't shop there again at least that's what i thought. >> until she said her car got declined adore me was charging her and keeping hundreds of dollars as credit. >> you had no idea.
