be at the goldman sachs financial conference with a number of of big exclusive interviews, including ceo tim sloan. i can't believe my picture is on there. >> i'm laughing at your face. >> tim sloan, brian moynihan and paul marks amongst others. you want to tune in for that. >> it's to scale. >> enormous. that was does it for "closing bell." >> "fast money" begins right now. have a great weekend >> "fast money" starts right now, live from the nasdaq market site overlooking new york city's times square traders are tim seymour, brian kelly, steve grasso guy adami. tonight the meeting that could determine the fate of the market is under way as president trump and president xi go head to head in argentina we tell you all the words that wall street waits to hear. health care is surging if you missed the rally don't worry, the chart master says there is a group of stocks that could help you join the party he explains. first we start off with what was a big week for stocks. the dow on track for the best
5:01 pm
week in more than two years. the dow and s&p 500 up 5% climbing out of correction territory as the fed calmed the nerves of wall street. and check out the winners or the champions of this week nvidia up 13ners netflix and master card up double digits after many names have gotten beaten up the past couple months. so we thought it would be the perfect time to play a little. >> trade it or fade it. >> that's right. you know how this works. if you trade it, you are buying the stock. if you are fading it you are a seller of the stock. >> you're looking at the camera who are you talking to. >> i'm talking to guy. >> no, you're not. >> that's not fair. >> he can't screw it up every day. >> you're kicking it off with guy and nvidia up 13% trade it or fade it. >> see it's a game that's flawed as you're well aware, the dynamic. >> play the game.
5:02 pm
>> traded robinson kanot trading something means you don't want it. >> the question is do we want nvidia. >> i don't think do you. >> is that the question. >> no, it's not nvidia. >> trade it. trade it at a. >> thank you. >> you remember a couple thursdays, the big snowstorm and i couldn't make it in the first time ever but you called me and you said nvidia what do you think? i said a number of things. then i said it's going to overshoot to the downside and print down about 135 if it's down there that's the entry point on big volume. you know, i'm wrong most of the time but we actually got that right printed down near huge volume, flush everybody out. credit suisse puts the 225 price tag. i say trade it. >> i say fade it. >> you may be the oracle of the jersey turn pike from the snowstorm buts in a company that told you that gaming isn't as strong the cryptoworld that they had a bid to right or wrong was in the stock, not so much anymore
5:03 pm
but more importantly multiple stocks to me are still in question it was an important week but 20 bucks off the bottom on a stock so oversold, not reason. >> you said crypto, i go to bk. >> can i say freight it? why can't i do that. >> that's not clear. >> well. >> even guy says it's not the game. >> that's -- that's saying something. so what i'm trying to say through my made up word frayed is that long run you got a good story. but any asset up 10, 11% in a week, nothing wrong with taking a little off the table nobody went broke by taking money to the bank. >> it's a trade it issue you have rosier skies ahead. it's in the sweetheart spot or target zone to bounce from this level. but i agree with tim, that the -- if this is -- if the market fades this then this is the key one to fade as well. it's overdown to it downside that's why i'd be a trader
5:04 pm
>>. >> moving to boeing up 11% tim seymour. >> trade it. because it's not a trade stock what i say is that this stock is out of window because of the china or the dynamics of the trade war or whatever we call it that's not a boat boeing should fly it in i used a metaphor work through those. here is the deal this is a company that i think has six or 7% china element to its order book and earnings profile. i think this is a diversified company who seems to be clicking on all cylinders with almost $30 of free cash flow a share. that's impressive holding the stock up. >> we get perceived to be a deal on trade over the weekend and does the stock have more leverage to that. >> 100%. it goes up 20, $25 on the back of what i think will be -- the framework for a deal, president xi and i are great friends, with a wonderful relationship that's why i agree with tim on the trade it part. but post we have the wonderful
5:05 pm
framework for a deal then you sell the w as you say. >> you also frayed it. >> no i didn't say frayed it. >> it's a frayed it. i get what you are saying. it's a sell the news >> he is taking the game and turning it what am i going to do next week after i trade it or. >> what to you do next week i think you fade it next week on a pop on good news. >> all right. >> i think you fade it -- i think you have seen the pop. i think that it's basically in the cards. people were covering positioning ahead of the weekend this is clearly a fade >> let's go netflix. up 11% grasso. >> this one is a multiple stock. this has a problem this is the key to the overall market. >> i heard this on power lunch. >> if this moves higher this moves higher i don't think the market is moving higher. in has a lot of headwinds market moves lower so does this fade it. >> is this a tell on the market. >> absolutely. because it's part of that growth
5:06 pm
story where the valuation doesn't necessarily make sense when you get a scare. >> i thought there was a rotation out of growth isn't it a value market now. >> that's what i'm saying. if the market comes up you have the rally. if the market comes off this is getting hit harder than anything that's why i think it's a fade with a capital f. >> still fade it but i have to ask the question i'm not asking to my left >> just the guy to the right. >> the guy to your right. >> the camera guy drop the camera. >> why did a lot of people not like it at 286 but like it i'm perplex zbld are you buying or zbleel trade -- fading fading i like it for $150. >> no, but i think that that's a fair argument in that valuation was never an issue right. if valuation was not an issue you wouldn't be in the stock what makes the difference if the valuation is where it is versus where it was a month ago. >> the way the stock traded after the last earnings quarter
5:07 pm
i thought it was outstanding we talked about it it traded up $25 up to 365 and gave it back within days that was the first time in the history of when i remembered looking at netflix that happened the story in terms of the way the stock is trading changed. >> it was the rotation, though i don't understand why dsh did the rotation is why the environment changed. you could like it during the -- gou the to buy growth, buy fang, everything that's tripling over themselves but going to value, and when you start to check the box on pe then you have to be a seller the story changed. >> i don't think we have gone to value per se i think there is some of the tech stocks have a better chance to rally my view on netflix is company specific it's what i've always felt about the company. there is enormous competition coming the multiple is absurd seen though they continue to find a way to create content and do it better than others they are burning cash. we know they are not cash flow positive any time soon so i sell it. >> we have --
5:08 pm
>> fade it. >> steve said something and i said this before -- this game -- i it should be like it or spike it. see that makes sense. >> that's too confusing let's stick with what we have. >> i see where you went arthro. >> we're not changing midgame first of all. >> okay. >> master card is the next one 10% brian kelly. >> go with fade it on this it's clear it's not because i don't like master card. it's one of the things with a 10% rally. we talked in the beginning of the week that you could get the relief rally on any movement on trade. i think that's what in got caught up in what i'm afraid of is next week when we have the news you get the selloff. >> you like the consumer shouldn't you like master card. >> i pray the reindeer game. trade it it's lower lows since the beginning of october if and bk would have pointed that out. this trades through 210, above
5:09 pm
210 gets you the all-time high in the stock i would say trade it, melissa lee. >> trade it as well. >> nicely played. >> trade it as well pulled up in the massive selloff across the spectrum of all stocks this is a payment company. and it's more of a -- maybe it could be a fintech there as well but this got pulled down with the overall market that's the only reason why it sold off trade >> boends round. bonus round of trade it or fade it. >> oh. >> general electric one are down 6% today, deutsche bank comes out cutting the price target by $7 a share is the base case scenario. >> fade it and when done doing that you fade it again stay away from this. >> the okay. >> it's got all kind of hair on this thing. >> it's a double fade. >> i have all kind of hair and see pad. >> this is not groomed like you that's the difference unruly. >> i can see the hair on your head i don't care about any other hair the bottom line is this is the

stock i have to trade. i think some of the parts make it interesting that is in a world where there is nothing greater beyond an accounting mismanagement or misrepresentation that we don't know about i'm not saying there is. i'm telling you if the assets are what twher. >> this is so late to the dance on deutsche bank still long it trade it as well it seems like it's sailing saving face now. ratcheting the target lower. ner late to the game. >> bonus round, hair, no hair, terry savali. >> what did i say. >> terry. >> that's his brother. >> bamd guy. kojak. >> fade it. >> fade it, nice i like it. >> he was the a lolly pop guy. >> kojak. >> you weren't even alive. >> i study in books, tim coming up the g 209 summit is under way and there are a few specific words all the wall street is waiting for. the details. plus the health care, best

welcome back to "fast money. the g 0 summit under way in argentina. and wall street is eagerly awaiting the trade summit between president trump and china's president xi eamon javers joins us from buenos aires with the latest. >> world leaders this evening started started to arrive in boons for what they bill as a night of entertainment and night on the town we have seen a couple of the world leaders arrive angela merkel made it here despite the airplane trouble finally in buenos aires. mohamud bin salman is there already. we expect the rest along shortly. this has been quite a tai. we were winding town in buenos aires but we saw a couple of moment i want to highlight one was in very interesting interaction between vladimir putin and mohamed bin salman
5:15 pm
look at this bro shake or whatever you want to call that happened earlier, a very enthusiastic greeting you'd have to say between the two world leaders. the other moment we saw kind of compelling was the signing ceremony for the new nafta, the new trade deal between canada, the united states and mexico at that ceremony, justin true dough refused to hold up his version of the document when the other leaders held it up they encouraged him to do it he left it there very pointed there and justin trudeau not calling it the usmca, the term that the president prefers for that document, instead it the new version of the north american free trade agreement justin trudeau not entirely on the same page as the other leaders as the day went on but ultimately all eyes on tomorrow here in buenos aires and that's when we get the big dinner between xi jinping and president trump. no indication there is an enormous deal and hammered out
5:16 pm
instead sort sf a lowering of expectations at this point people saying, what we might get get is positive rhetoric and signal maybe agreement to continue to talk that might be the bar for which people are headed here for that dinner tomorrow night. but we keep you posted on what we hear. >> is there any indication eamon as to scheduled events, a photo-op between the two, photo-op maybe post dinner, any post dinner press conference >> yes, we haven't been given a lot of guidance on that from the white house. what we know is that both leaders are flying out of here after that dinner late tomorrow night. we expect that we might get an airplane bound tweet from the president giving us some indication he often does that leaving the international summits. that might be how we hear from them we are expecting a press conference from president trump before the dinner tomorrow afternoon. you might get sort of a preset sense of where his mind is going into the dinner. but we are not necessarily told we get anything in particular
5:17 pm
after the dinner is over >> eamon, thank you. eamon javers in buenos aires, argentina for us any meat to sink the investor's teeth? is it oh a nothing burger i don't know what that is. is it a market moving event. >> i don't think it's a market moving event i don't think there is a deal made but pruch is so focusesed on the stock market going higher with all the noise around the administration he views winning the market going higher. he gets a framework for dialogue or rhetoric out and the stock market is up on monday in my opinion. >> what's interesting, intraday, the markets rose on the back of a headline from a chinese official saying that there is growing consensus, although still differences between the sides. >> this is the cease fire, truce everybody is throwing around if you have any type of ratcheting down of this trade war, then the market is going to say, hey, wait a second, maybe an end in sight. and that's positive for it but i think it would be very
5:18 pm
important afterwards -- or maybe it already did that type of thing today. >> the it was preloaded it was positioning today. people covered what they had to not 100% because not in the tape until it's in the tape but i think it's a sell the news event. next week you could see this and you fade that pop. >> sell the news when it comes to em? >> when it comes to china stocks. >> alibaba, ten cent brekeen well threw the 50 today. alibaba outperformed the em by 3 basis points i think it continues to outperform and maybe not rally to the old highs but watch that trade. the fed is the put in the market runt and i think next week we're not another fed statement from people reassessing that. but the fed means right now downside is limited. >> coming out of the department of justice, a news alert. >> this is yet another twist to the developing mdb scandal
