out. down on 11 i'm not saying ignore it but it could change as the hours roll on the 10-year is keeping calm. at 1.78% right now keep in mind, we started the year nearly a full percent higher let's go around the world. markets there finished higher. partly because of improving sentiment on those trade talks you saw the chinese markets here finish higher in japan continues to inch its way up europe, a little bit different story. up or down, no big moves in either direction there is your set up but things could change on a dime or a headline russia earnings were rolling on today. mcdonalds, p&g, travelers, ups, chipotle issuing new numbers

not what we can expect from the numbers but the guidance i know these weeks are busy for you and your team. not about what they've done. their guidance, what are you and your team inspecting to hear from corporate america >> brian, expectations from this earnings season are not great. you look at facts and estimates are expected to be down in growth for the third quarter in a row. it has been several years since we've seen that. looking at farther, the fourth quarter is expected to be a little better. many analysts are expecting we might see an acceleration of earnings growth. right now, expectations aren't great. i wish i had better news to

the japanese company that reportedly plans to spend $4 to $5 in new funding. offering to buy up to $3 billion in existing shares today, we value wework about $8 billion. softbank looking to take over the vision fund. sources say the proposal would lead cofounder adam neumann with less than 10% stake. reporting that the deal would pay him about $200 million not including any shares he may sell to softbank. the board is expected to meet again today to discuss whether to go with this officer or with the rescue package

term there is something in this 14 months of negotiations in the trade deal as they finish on october 31st that talk can happen during a period of upwards of 2020. the parliament can call off the talks and go back on wto terms and fall out without a trade agreement. they want that one nailed down as well. there are the three key areas they'll try to probe and push back over the next 36 to 48 hours. so brexit is october 31st. you are telling us, even if it happens, next year, we could have some kind of semi -- it is like the donton abby's final
