how about beyond meat at 40? notice many of these ideas stood through the test of time and survived the time. i say these companies had more top than the peaks of 45,000 feet. here is the thing. if you just listen to the professionals, you would have ended up in some stupid etf that eliminated the single stock risk that would create amazing rewards they don't tell me about. on wall street you always want to know early and early you have to listen to young people who are in their early years does not mean you can skip their homework a lot of kids like myspace, those did not work too well.

take it over people told us are you kidding me our sons and daughters want this, we are not selling it to you. >> i think there is three. obviously it is about what am i going to do about my business after the facts and those triggers are what drives the decisi decisioning. our acquisition is at three to five years relationship with the seller to be able to be there when they are choosing to exit and many times those sellers end up being part of our business as well and staying with us for a longer period to make the transition smoother. >> well, there is a beautiful park called a lithia park.

match ral a natural resource and parsley >> you have always been a big believer but in a bigger part. i never nu-uh like this part that they are so strong in why do this deal now >> yeah, jim, really it is all about putting the best two companies with the best inventories together in creating a larger company with a better free cash flow profile i have been on trecord last year adopting the model and slowing growth down and increasing your free cash flow and regarding to a based dividend which we have and both companies having a strong base. i introduced the dividend

the industry and creating 10 billion plus companies over the next several years >> all this acquisition happening right now. do people believe that oil is not going to go back to 80 what's driving it? >> i think what's driving is the low premium transaction. nobody is paying a market premium, chevron and oxy, once somebody starts a low premium deal, chevron started it, it shows the wave in the future i do believe most transactions will be done with very, very low premium transactions plus, it comes back $20 and up to 40. at least we are at 40, we are all making money this newco combination of brea even price we can grow 5% a year and pay our based dividend and have a
