big time money managers can't get comfortable with a fed engineered recovery with rates too low to make any sense at all. we often hear about the bull case or bear case with interest rates so low, the bear case is one day the federal reserve will decide to take away the punch bowl doesn't have to happen in the interim, the pessimists are fooling themselves after a major rally yesterday, we consolidated. the dow dipping 82 points, s&p declining 1.2% and nasdaq edging down in other words, the bull case for this market is like a stampede of smaller bull cases rather than one giant all encompassing one let's run some down. believe me, i'm leaving out a lot. i could have done fang chose not to the opening of america is a rolling positive when you hear it, when you hear about the reopening, all you have to do is think about well,

hey, doesn't it make you want to travel like so many other industries, the airlines were caught unaware and unable to expand and didn't have much hope for rapid recovery now, the recovery is here and these stocks started to make their move southwest already had a strong come back, united, delta, american air the people can't get plane tickets because everything is booked up. meanwhile, the bull market and cruise lines are back now that the president blessed trips to al alaska they still have more upside. these stocks have nine lives there are only five. we're seeing the same thing in the casinos. i like mgm but love wynn resorts. quintessential las vegas is making the move. the destination thesis was nicked by the unfortunate streaming numbers but the theme park business is looking great so six flags and cedar fair have more room to run

i don't want to get too far ahead of myself but when this trickled down to boeing stock. the airlines are like farmers, when they are flushed they buy new machinery from boeing. the reopening trade is like a forest fire that keeping spreading and hard for the bears to put it out. poor smoky in the last week we've seen big gains from the shopping malls and shopping center names and not long ago been stripped for dividends and left for dead. no, huge winners even the banks are being treated as reopening plays because a booming economy requires more loans and when the fed is forced to raise interest rates, that will make it more profitable there is relentless buying in the banks. why? you're getting a chance to buy the stocks before the fed gets control over their ability to pay large dividends or buy back stock. it's a once in a lifetime opportunity by june. fomo for banks is a good thing now it happens daily beyond the reopening thesis, there are relentless cycles that

chlorine because chemical stocks are acting like they peaked. the housing cycle l iis supposeo peak but home prices keep roaring. every time they suggest, the supplier is well below demand and with low mortgage rates that aren't supposed to be able to maintain are d.r. horton has been great how about toll bothers best housing market in 32 years. that led to excellent gains for other stocks people keep shorting way fair, macy's, they show no signs of waiting do you mind if i throw target in there? they have a lot of housing in there. how about the mall circle? the malls are in good shape which means things must be great for tenants l brands has been leading the pact the lion trade is expanding to urban outfitters, children's place.

that we needed in america and that number is down to 12% and we make zero percent zero percent of leading edge, leading edge chips in america. how did it happen? you know as well as i do, there was a desire to produce things in low labor cost countries in asia we got out of the business of manufacturing where labor was more expensive everybody rushed to just in time inventory and it was thought that it would be less expensive to make things over seas in asia by the way, it was look where we are now. we desperately need to rebuild and do so quickly. >> do people in washington both parties realize how important this would be for people to study math and science it could lead to a resurging of the study of math and science at

worried about competition but considering the gaming companies are rivals and hearing chatter netflix wants to launch its gaming service they keep reporting great numbers. last week it was cramer fav take two interactive and roblox that pounded the table. it doesn't hurt that other than roblox, these stocks have pull the back from their highs this year plus, later this week we get e 3, that's a conference like a festival of all things gaming. could be a good catalyst how much more upside could we be looking at that's a quantitative question to get an answer we have to go unemotionally off the charts with bob long the founder of explosive op options.net and ben the stocks newsletter. he's the author of know your options. so let's start with roblox because their platform is the hottest thing. remember, roblox has an ecosystem lets developers make their games and share them with

tens of millions of people free content it seems like every kid is using roblox unless they're playing fortnight. i'm a huge believer in the fundamentals because this is arguably the only safe place for children on the internet what about the stock check out the daily chart. after moving sideways in the march ipo roblox caught fire an been trending higher since if it keeps getting buyers on every dip it will keep going higher the stocks make a pattern of higher lows and higher highs that's what technicians love to see. you should be looking for that always it means you have a healthy up trend. look at this this is just fantastic here to here that's what you want when you look at the rsi, relative strength index that is down here at the bottom, it's an important momentum indicator lang knows the trend is strong but not overboard territory.

it's not come up too far too fast currently trading at $89 lang thinks this could be smooth sailing to 100 and 120 by the end of the year. it's easily his favorite name in the group. i agree with him and a market with little patience for the fast growing tech companies, roblox managed to rocket higher. that tells you everything you need to know imagine how well if the growth cohort gets its groove back. shaking money flow is extraordinary. this is beautiful. let's go to take two ente interactive. we had strauss on the call reported a tremendous quarter. that's what it always does this time wall street figured it out and did under promise and over deliver and the stock exploded higher from the 160s to the 180s long said -- lang said when it moved higher, it blasted through

the resistance line so it went right above that, okay it's now above the 50-day moving average. here we go pink -- what would you call that mauve? i like that color. which is something the charts can't get enough of. the trajectory is improving to lang it's looking like take two made a w pattern, oh, oh, boy do we like that, right? it means we could have a substantial move upward as long as that right side of the base gets carved out and that will happen here. meanwhile, the moving average for the mack d look at this right here is a trajectory before it happens. that's where the black line, okay, goes over the red one and a pretty reliable signal it's time to buy. the money flow indicator, cmf shows whether big institutional money managers are buying or selling hasn't showed much the volume trends are bullish and the stock roared on high

volume which suggests the rally has legs and there is that excellent volume spike put it together, lang wouldn't be surprised if take two gets hit. no hurry gets hit with a pull back to 170 but sees the stock headed higher, perhaps back to the old highs around 215 if we get a pull back, you must buy this stock it won't be very deep. finally, what about the largest player in the industry that doesn't have its own hardware? is the daily chart they reported a good quarter earlier this month but not a classic beat like roblox or take two. they lost moe mementum in febru when the pandemic winner got hammered the reopening stocks they quickly stabilized and lang sees a w shaped pattern, there it is again which would be very bullish plus earlier this month, the mack d threw off a bullish

co-founder and ceo of grow generation to get a better sense of what the quarter is going and what is happening. welcome back to "mad money." >> thank you, jim. >> so, darren, i'm beginning to think people are recognizing if the cannabis stocks aren't doing that well, a company that is selling to those who want to grow cannabis can be doing far better than the price of cannabis are you starting to feel that maybe your stock can pull away from the pact? >> jim, we sure hope so. we had a tremendous growth spurt from 2018 to now up 15 fold in revenue. even a positive would make between 54 and $58 million this year this company is almost earning $1 on a basis right now. >> and it also seems like you're able because your stock price is a good price that people want to sell to you. i think that this new acquisition you just made in california is going to

immediately produce results, immediately. >> jim, each and every acquisition we do we produce results immediately. they're best of breed. they are making money. the nice part is we're bringing our staff into these stores. we're bringing our selection, our service, our supply and what you're seeing really, jim, is same store sells are rocketing up last year a year before 37% and came off the quarter legacy stores have been in the market for a long time or making them better or revitalizing them or bringing tremendous growth into the stores. >> now, you guys must do forecasting of states that you think could go in the next 12 months do you see a road map of half dozen states that could legalize more than that because it's obviously bringing revenue in everywhere they're legalizing it >> you know, we're extremely

excited about the east coast governor cuomo came out with exciting news in licensing in new york, craft licensing, 50% of licensing going to the under represented and we believe even though it hasn't been inked yet, once it gets inked the rest will follow new york and hopefully new jersey follows also with home grow, craft and more robust licensing allowing individuals to grow. >> one thing you need to tell our viewers is look, i'm a gardener and i planted beans and i planted tomatoes this doesn't work like that. you can't do this kind of farming without the help of darren and his company, correct? >> it's true, jim. it controlled environment agriculture growing indoors and controlling environments and consistency and irrigation systems and benching and

lighting it's the inputs that go into a facility to keep the quality consistent we do believe the urban and vertical movements will follow the cannabis movements in this indoor growing craze you're seeing in the quunited states right now. it's technology and so specialized you have to come to a hydro ponics store. >> i was at home depot and lowes and they don't seem to have an inclination to go into the market you have an amazing runway maybe they don't think it's whole some or don't have the expertise but they are leaving it to you. >> jim, i think a lot of it has to do with the expertise of growing. it's controlled environmental agriculture and technology and having individuals work with you that understand the plant and sciences we have over 625 employees they know how to grow plants they're valuable to the supply

chain. what growing is building is network capability to serve customers. more private label products and it's winning it's selection service solution and the model of grow gen doing it in an omni channel approach. >> how about these green field suggests you mentioned in the last conference call is that something you want to do there are so many people that probably want to sell to you. >> jim, our business plan so to buy stores in mature states, best of breed that have employees that have been in this industry for a long time so we have a bullpen of employees to move around the country when we started. we have been quite successful at both when you look at the east coast and new emerging states, there is very little to buy in the states they are old legacy hiydroponics

stores from the 1980s '90s are no longer here today. >> it would be great private label, this partnership with balusi farm. people will want to buy the stock just based on what you're going to say. >> it's one of the iconic individuals in this space right now. we started working with jim six months ago and since we've been working with jim and help building out his farms, his plants have been dancing like the blues brothers that was a direct quote from jim a few weeks ago. so there is such of tpportunity jim is a pioneer and we're working on different partnerships with jim and looking forward to really working on this relationship and certainly bringing a lot of new innovations in the industry. >> so when you look at the non-retailer acquisitions, explain eight of them happened these i'm trying to understand and maybeyou can help me i'm just -- i just don't know

the industry well enough you know it well so maybe you can explain it. >> we're always out there. besidinges adding to the store count, we're adding to the plants 1.5% were private label products this year we're expecting 10%. we did 6.2% in the first quarter of sales so you're seeing a tremendous lift in the private label products a chart core of cocoa product is one we've had tremendous success in selling but a product coming into our stores we start taking off everyone was asking for us this is a product we want to own ourselves same thing with the gas product that makes the plants stronger. so through our staff and customers, we're seeing best of breed products out there and really looking for a team that grow gen has to sell these products and bring it into the industry. >> i think you got a great model. i think i can see the private
