statement saying he was deeply concerned about the military's decision to oust morsi and suspend the constitution. he went on to say i call on the egyptian military to move quickly and responsibly to return full authority to a democratically elected civilian government as soon as possible through an inclusive and transparent process and avoid arbitrary arrested of morsi and his supporters. we now know president morsi is under house arrest. what's known is the president did not say the democratically elected president, but a democratically elected one which doesn't mean morsi's government. he did not call it a coup. in the instance of a military coup, u.s. law says aid aids the tune of $1.5 billion a year must be cut off. nevertheless, the administration said they will review it. egypt is the biggest, most
