in just 30 minutes, west virginia governor will give an update on the water emergency that has left his state with no clean water for three days. residents hope the governor will have answers about when water can be consumed again. >> the governor's office tells us chemical levels in the water are going down. that is very good news but they are also saying that it will likely take several days before they can lift this water ban. residents are eager for things to go back to normal. we went inside a chile's restaurant in downtown

becoming dire. now in the place where the latest up tick in violence began, we are told it has been relatively quiet. where those al qaeda militants from the islamic state of iraq and syria tried to take over, they are in charge although both cities do have presence and were clashing with security forces. area of three small towns militants from the isis have been pretty much surrounded from the military there. there are civilians in those towns. they were concerned for their safety not clear what the military plans to do to end that stand off. it is not clear whether the prime minister will follow
