newsroom. >> we welcome our viewers here in the united states and of course, around the world. >> search crews off australia are taking advantage of improved weather for what is left of flight 370. >> they are checking the indian ocean for any wreckently. >> the so called black boxes, equipment from the u.s. arrived today. >> in australia's parliament, a moment of silence. it was australia's prime minister that said debris was spotted a week ago in the indian ocean. >> andrew joins us live with the latest on the search. they lost the day yesterday because of bad weather.

they may lose more days later on this week. what is the latest right now? >> the weather, later in this week is not looking promising at all. every hour does count now. not surprising, they put up the most number of aircraft of any day in this search. 12 aircraft, seven on site now, on that area of particular interest, it is slightly to the east of the initial search zone. as indicated by the flight path of that plane. currently, seven planeos target on that zone. including commercial planes, the value is they can get there faster and stay on the target zone. they have spotters with them. more eye balls. we have been told by the australian organizers, visually
