visiting with you on the've of the playoffs. what do you think the main story lines we're all going to be talking about for the next couple of months are going to be? >> i think the story is going to be dwyane wade's help. i'm one of those people that think that brooklyn doesn't have a chance. >> i'm sure brooklyn will be thrilled to hear you say that. >> they're get over it. it's going to be the heat and the pacers in the eastern conference finals. indiana, have they have struggled some coming down the stretch, but they're still going to be there in the end. >> i like this storyline, kevin durant wins. >> how do you like this story line, san antonio, 28 seconds from the title a year ago, win it this year, against the same team. >> there's the added bonus for you guys of putting charles in san antonio. >> we all like the river walk.

he -- like the first two or three weeks, he tried to do something to do better than the next week, so the running joke around here was me and kenny and earni ernie. we're about two weeks from shaq setting himself on fire. >> did it really happen? >> there was a night when he leaned over to me and said, somebody ought to push that christmas tree over on me, it would be really funny. and then the next week, he was like, somebody should tase me. i know people in law enforcement. >> you have been good at basketball from the moment you stepped on the court. when you stepped on the set to join this crew, especially with an established crew like these guys, how did that feel? >> ifls terrified. >> that is a big mess. >> i was kind of nervous of how i would fit in. i tried to come and do it the professional way.

three decades, rick hoyte and his son rick have been on a journey of sorts. >> there isn't anything you can't do as long as you make up your mind to do it, and there's no such word no to the hoyt language. >> doctors recommend he be institutionalized. all his father had to do is look in his eyes. >> he inspires me and he always has. because the easiest thing in the world for him to do is give up. >> his parents got him a special computer to help him communicate. while in middle school, he wanted to support a charity race to support a paralyzed athlete. and he wanted his father to do it with him. >> at the time, i was 40 years old and not a runner. and all he had was a wheelchair similar to one he has now.

>> they crossed the finish line in 1977. >> he had the biggest smile you ever saw in your life. when we got home that night, he wrote on his computer, dad, when i'm running, it feels like my disability disappears. >> since then he has gone to boston university and their downany has taken them on 1,000 races, their favorite race is and always has been the boston marathon. last year's race is one they will never forget. >> we didn't know anything was going on. we got to the 23-mile marker. and i noticed a lot more police activity than usually on the course. so i stopped a police officer. who would ever thought somebody would do something like this. >> their dedication to the marathon, inspiring a city and a country. >> in the words of dick hoyt who has pushed his disabled son rick in 31 boston marathons, we can't

let something like this stop us. >> yes the hoyts have ron the marathon 31 times, but 32 on monday will be their last on monday. hoyt is 73 years old and while his heart is in the race, his back just can't take it. >> it's going to be a sad day. >> how do you feel about now running into the boston marathon after this year. >> i am sad that my dad and i are not continuing to run in the boston marathon. >> they'll do something else they enjoy, sharing their shower with others. >> we have been able to break down a lot of barriers along the way. >> after hearing my speech, my hope is that it will change their attitudes towards people who have a disability. >> their story has touched so many, boston marathon officials dedicated a statue in their honor. >> 52 years ago when rick was

the floor. i'm always pulling guys to the side trying to talk to them just trying to boost them up to get them to feel better about themselves. >> as you guys go into the playoffs, are you more dangerous than people think you are. >> i want to be the guy that leads this team. >> you've been spending your time on more than just basketball lately, you've also started an initiative called blackout violence. a pretty strong anti-bullying campaign. >> one, with the bullying, it's at every school, on the internet, it's all over. i don't think it's right. some kids have lost their lives because of bullying. a lot of my friends were bullied a lot of people that i know growing up, they were bullied and it's not fair. >> as the head coach of the miami dolphins, i'm in charge of the team atmosphere.

>> you have an interest in this topic, you have been in locker rooms your whole life. what did you think about that situation? >> his locker room is different. the football locker room. you got more guys, more personalities. we joke around, we're a family, we love each other and we treat each other with respect because we're all a family. >> i think the better balance would be for two years out of high school, and that's what we proposed in our last bargaining agreement, that they don't come into the league until they're 20. >> what do you think of the -- >> it's very difficult, i had a tough time in the beginning of the league, adjusting to the money that we were making and all that stuff. >> you came straight from high school? >> i never experienced getting a check like that and i'm looking at a check like that's a lot of zeros, what do i do with this? and i think people can benefit, you know, from going to college.

but i also think you can benefit from starting in the league at a very young age because you get to really focus on basketball. >> i have decided to forego a collegiate basketball career and submit my name for entrance into the nba. >> we all met you as an 18-year-old. >> right. >> do you feel like a grown up now? do you feel like you've found your adult self? >> i'm an adult but i'm still a kid. the reason why i'm here in houston is i really want to live. i want to see our team at the top. we have come a long way from the beginning of the season until now but we haven't gotten to the end of the season yet. >> i'm going to interview all the stars as a member of tnt's broadcast team. that mean this is show will go on a short hiatus. you can get your fix on
