welcome back to our viewers in the u.s. and around the world. >> here are the headlines we are following for you. the train with 282 bodies of malaysia airlines passengers has been delayed in its trip to the eastern ukraine city of kharkiv. a plane is set to fly the bodies on to amsterdam. it could be another 16 hours before the train arrives. it's not clear what is causing the delay. but for now the train remains in rebel-held donetsk. >> the data and voice recorders are now in the hands of malaysian authorities. rebels turned them over in donetsk. a top splattist leaders said

that the recorders will reveal the truth about what happened. the death toll is rising. black smoke from a huge explosion filled the sky over gaza city. the gaza health ministry reports that 583 palestinians have been killed. u.s. secretary of state john kerry is in cairo trying once again to broker a cease fire. he has been joined by u.n. secretary-general, ban ki-moon. he scheduled to meet with egyptian officials and move on from there. now to more of our continuing coverage of the downing of mh17. monday saw what i guess you could describe as restrained outrage at the united nations security council meeting.

>> council members are furious over the handling of the human remains and evidence at the crash site as well as the trouble international investigators were having getting to the site. they voted to demand the investigators be given full access. here's what the australian foreign minister had to say at the u.n. >> but grief is now accompanied by outrage. as we witness grotesque violations at the crash site. this demands a response. that is why australia has brought this resolution to the security council. today, the security council has responded. >> to my dying day, i will not understand that it took so much time for the rescue workers to be allows to do their difficult jobs and that human remains should be used in a political

yearn for their loved ones who died so tragically. i spoke to one family struggling to come to terms with their loss. a mother's regret. >> if i could just turn back time. you know? i had -- i didn't listen to him that i -- i don't know. i have no words. to say. >> reporter: her three boys were setting out on a fun-filled holiday to the other side of the world but it's the youngest, miguel, was nervous. >> my youngest son, he came to me and then after entering the -- for the passport he came back, run to me and said, mama, i love you. i'm happy to see omar. but i'm going to miss you. and what happened when the plane will crash?

grief of so many we wanted to remember some of the youngest lives lost in the crash. >> we have the story of the children of flight 17. >> reporter: they came from around the world, 298 people with lives yet to live with homes and dreams tragedically brought to an end. but among those on board plight mh17 were some of the most innocent, the children. there were 80 children aboard the flight, including three infants. we don't know a lot about all of them but we were able to garth information about a few of the children and their families. mourners gather at a memorial in melbourne, australia to remember a family of five. piers played football. his friend sam said the two did everything together. i couldn't believe it at first and i still can't understand

that they're gone, he said. his brother, a 12-year-old was an avid swimmer and beat his personal record in the butterfly. the youngest, margo was involved in a dance club and would often perform for her family. the children were with their parents on holiday in amsterdam. a malaysian national, a dutch-born husband and their three children, were among the 27 australians killed in the crash. they moved to melbourne from kuala lumpur seven years ago according to a family friend. australian nick norris was traveling with his three grandchildren, moe,

children's parents were also on holiday in netherland but were not on the flight. they leave 44-year-old national and dutch husband johnny were traveling with their twol young children, age 5 and his 3-year-old sister. they were on the way to visit their mother's grave. this picture shows arne, a school teacher from netherlands along with his wife and daughter, just 2 years old. friends and colleagues gather to join at the school where he taught. senseless tragedy, 80 children with their whole lives ahead of them taken too soon.

flight from kualan march disappeared with 239 passengers. in each instance one man was missing. dutch cyclist martin de jonge was supposed to be on both planes but both times changed his tickets. last time he was headed to a race in taiwan and changed his ticket. how he posted on his website. how happy i am for myself and my family that i was on the flight and did not take ihe last moment. my story is ultimately nothing compared to the misery, attention should be paid to the victims and survivors. wishing everyone aeffected by this disaster.
