station 18 is on the way. >> we could see smoke from probably a mile away or so, but it didn't look that bad. >> but by the time they reached the scene, the fire is out of control. >> i was on the fourth floor. >> karen jones works next to the construction site. she caught it all on her phone. >> i got back from lunch and there were people gathered around my work area.
