possibly allowing former u.s. president donald trump back onto the platform. one expert told us earlier content moderation is a challenge for other social media companies as well. >> when we're talking about issues of content moderation, hate speech, this is something every social media platform struggles with when you are dealing with cultures, language, politics from all over the world on your platform and you're trying to figure out how to make that work, how to deal with it legally, how to deal with it morally and contextually. that's something that legal scholars and technologists and anthropologists still have not figured out fully how to deal with. the challenges twitter deals with are in many ways one for the entire sector. no one has figured it out. i don't think it is necessarily likely that a new ceo is going to magically solve that either. >> on thursday musk tried to

the south rohr reason military is calling north korea's latest launch a clear violation of u.n. resolutions. south korea says the north fired off another two ballistic missiles today. by cnn's count this is the 28th launch by pyongyang so far this year. a major increase. there are concerns a nuclear test could be next. let's go straight to cnn's kristie lu stout watching all of this from hong kong. how concerned and what intelligence do we have about possible nuclear tests? >> reporter: concern is rising.

tension is rising in the region after north korea has fired two more ballistic missiles. this is the 28th test this year and it comes as south korea is wrapping up exercises. this is what we learned earlier today from south korea's joint chiefs of staff. they said it was around noontime local time. that was when north korea fired two short range missiles from the east coast of the country traveling about 230 kilometers. the south korean military has been on high alert. the u.s. military as well. we have a statement from the indo pacific command. in it they say, quote, while we have assessed this event does not pose an immediate threat, the missile launches show the destabilizing allotment of the programs.

u.s. commitments of the defense of the rok in japan remain ironclad. earlier this month they fired a missile over japan, the first such test since 2017. so far this year north korea's fired the highest number of missiles since kim jong-un took power back in 2011. we also know tension has been rising between the north and the south. earlier this week both countries were exchanging warning shots at sea. earlier this month we had south korean border planes scramble in response to north korean military jets edging close to their shared and highly militarized border. concern also brewing about another nuclear test from north korea. if and when that happens, it would be the first such test since 2017. it was a time of peak tension. according to the u.s. and the allies in the region. they say in the event of another

investigating and over the course of the last few months have been building cases with the information they can get from informants, from what communications they can have with russian controlled parts of ukraine about potential war crimes being made there. those include many being committed in the so-called filtration camps. widely documented by western intelligence agencies. the american state department has put out reports about this. these are the camps in which ukrainians are held. they are interrogated. they are sometimes beaten, tortured and sometimes made to disappear from entirety. some are then sent further into russian territories. some make it out back into ukrainian-held territories with stories of what they've been through. this is something that's been widely documented and it's part of what ukrainians are trying to remind the world about. it isn't just a war, it is about

pediatric hospital beds are in use right now nationwide and we're seeing a very similar scene here in atlanta. the wait time at the emergency room at children's health care of atlanta which has three locations, the location just north of the city of atlanta, the wait time is more than 3 hours and it has been that case for the last several weeks. so what officials have done, they've erected an overflow tent here at this location to deal with the surge of respiratory illnesses that they have been seeing in children. there are no beds inside this tent. bays are staffed with doctors and nurses. they're seeing people with mild illnesses. those who have more serious illnesses are being seen inside the hospital. what's been noted in atlanta is the significant shift we have been seeing. the majority of respiratory admissions happen in children who are testing positive for the

flu. that is the case right now this week. compare that to last week where 75% of respiratory admissions were for rsv. what we're seeing here is an early rsv season, earlier than expected flu season and one pediatrician that cnn spoke with here in atlanta says this trend is likely to move north. >> so oftentimes especially with rsv it starts in the southeast and then sort of moves upwards in the united states. what we do probably predict will happen is some of the northern states will start to see children with influenza after they see more children with rsv. >> the confluence of rsv, the flu and rsv, it's a confluence of sickness. doctors are urging everyone,

parents and children alike, to get vaccinated. severe storms heading towards parts of texas. good news for the state that is experiencing drought. derek van dam is joining us in atlanta. are these storms going to help texas? >> double edged sword, right? we'll get relief from the drought but we have the potential for tornadoes as you mentioned. you can look at it in both directions. you can only get better from here. oklahoma, 100% of the state under drought conditions right now. arkansas in a similar situation but i want to show you the rainfall forecast over the next five days. you'll see how this is going to pile up across the region. widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain across houston, corpus christie. up to half a foot of rain in the

next five days. the problem is there's isolated showers and storms that could cause severe weather. we'll keep an eye to the sky. the shading of yellow. damaging winds, large hail, a couple of tornadoes. that's just outside of houston and so is san antonio and waco. there's a little thing happening tonight. the first game of the world series taking place in houston. they do have the ability to close off the stadium. that's the good news. fans entering and exiting the stadium. we'll time it out for you. the first pitch is at 7:03 p.m. central standard time. that's 8:03 eastern standard time. if you pay attention on the top portion of my screen, that's when the showers and thunderstorms will move through. we'll see if that impacts the performance there or impacts the 10 dodd-franks in the game. the official forecast looks like
