they also reviewed more than a dozen disturbing internet searches including 10 ways to dispose of a dead body. i want to go to the national correspondent who is outside of the courthouse in quincy. what is the latest on this case against brian wash? >> you bring up those internet searches and if you look at the timeline there was a frantic search brian had in the hours and minutes after they say he dismembered and killed his wife. i want to show you some of the searches. january 1 is when they began when he googled how long before anybody starts to smell and not long after he asked can you throw away body parts. in the next day, can you be charged with murder without a

amount to overcome as we look at the specific nature, the searches and the hacksaw, it is incredible. you have a timeline with regard to when he was doing it. previous to that, they were describing the best state to get a divorce. all of this gives the indication that prior to that it could have been the motive. he did not get a divorce, he allegedly did this. not only do you have the searches but you have everything else connection to the case. the bloody items found in the basement. the fact that he is seen throwing items out in the trash. the connection of those items, the ones that belonged to her

i was watching for any tell. was there something specific that showed nervousness? he seemed very devoted to keeping his eyes straight ahead and not blinking. we are looking for eyes darting left and right to see if he is thinking. we call this thin slicing to take in all of the body language. at one point he did a deep swallow but some people like robert, everybody talked about his tell, that he would start swallowing when he was nervous. i think this guy is practiced. he knew this was coming. i would not be surprised if he has a defense ready where he is going to say, that it was self-

bone fragments, blood, dna. there are hack saws and hatchets and suits like what fictional swear at a crime scene. there is a lot there. i think they are just adding that charge. the murder charge is interesting because we do not know if it is murder one war murder to which could involve negligence. the defense has some room there. as joey pointed out, there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that shows after the murder or the death of his wife, he went to extraordinary lengths to attempt to cover it up allegedly. that suggests that something happened that he could not explain if he called police or a ambulance at the time and that suggests something intentional. >> i have to remind everyone of
