transgendered youth are allowed to receive. by the last count there are more than 110 state bills to barring transgendered persons from receiving gender affirming care. in tennessee, the justice department is challenging a bill to prohibit gender affirming care for minors, and the doj say says that care is not denied people simply because of who they are. in neighboring missouri, the state has blocked gender affirming care for adults and minors, and that is temporary, because the judge wants to review more briefs and has said that an announcement will be made as soon as monday.
