7:08 pm
inside scott's truck, there was a big five bag in the back seat. it had some fishing lures that were unopened. he had a camo jacket inside the truck that was dry to the touch. i also found what looked like a boat covered me. it was all scrunched up on christmas eve. >> detectives take scott to his warehouse. >> he tells them there's no electricity at the warehouse, so they shine their headlights on the car inside so they can have some illumination, and they observe the boat. >> when i'm in there taking pictures of his boat, he's got one homemade anchor in the boat. >> so i see an anchor in the boat with a rebar, but no rope attached. >> that was strange to me i am noticing things that aren't sitting well with me and making me do just out of instinct. the next thing like interview him on videotape. he had already told me the story, but i asked scott if he would come to the department and just go through it again and, you know, get it on tape. and he agreed pretty
