films that speak out. >> you want to kind of do the things you really are kind of interested in. and i'm not only interested in these like action disaster films. i'm a lot interested in other things. i did a movie about the-- and my last smaller film was about stonewall, the beginning of the gay rights movement. and you know, i have to say to you, it's like, i've been two, three days, not myself. because it really hurts very much, when things like this happen. and you are kind of still have to go out there and sell your film but sometimes you ask yourself, what is wrong with us. what is wrong with us people. and you know, you are like kind of try to kind of soldier through but it's really hard. >> when you see the images on tv, when you see all of the things happening out there, what would you say is the biggest thing that gives you hope on a personal level. >> well, you know, for me it's
