back in oakland, quick update on cesar, underwent an appendectomy. we're told he will rejoin the team to travel back to baltimore. dave said his recovery time will be a minimum of two to three weeks. it's been reported and believed to be oscar is the one who will get the car up from triple a. of course he's not a shortstop. so dave said over the next couple days ty will be the back up shortstop. also quick update. he's expected to return to the rotation against seattle when the orioles return home. june 11 is the projected date. that's the third game in the seattle series. >> gary: thank you very much. now back. said before the game today he was on the phone this morning
