that will be thrilled to get back to baltimore on friday and get back to national league rules -- american league leels leagues. the american league with no dh have affected those two on the team more than any other because dave trembley has been flip flopping them to get them both in the lineup. >> buck: it's a real challenge for american league manager to play interleague games because you have -- because you have to try to keep everybody as sharp as possible. it's your every day fielder nolan reimold and every day dh luke scott and you have to juggle them with one position. >> jim: 1-2 breaking ball bounced to third. charging is bonifacio. throws on the run to get reimold. one away. bonifacio has looked good at third base in this series. >> buck: yeah, he has. he's committed 12 errors. we have seen him probably his -- play probably his best defense at third in this series. shows a lot of range. he shows a lot of athleticism throwing on the run right on the mark to jorge cantu.

>> jim: vmd down. one away. there's mark hendrickson getting loose to come on to pitch in the bottom of the sixth. backs to the top of the lineup for brian robertsment when you talk about those two players, reimold and scott, scott only plays left field. so, if he's going to play, that means reimold can't. it's not like wigginton can play third or first or robert andino playing shortstop every day because izturis is out, but he can also play second base w luke scott, it's either left field or dh. >> buck: on sunday in philadelphia, reimold started in place of nick markakis in right field, and scott did play in left at that point. they will be happy to have more consistent at-bats for sure. >> jim: reimold is just 3-13 on this trip. roberts works the count to 3-1.

nolasco has struck out six. he has not walked a batter. mentioned he's averaging eight strikeouts per nine innings on the year while averaging 2 1/2 walks. roberts fouls it off. >> buck: you can see by the way he pitched here tonight how he's capable of winning 15 games in the national league. he has all the pitches. epps he has a quality fastball. his location has been exceptional tonight. it was just a real tough start for him this year. >> jim: 3-2 pitch. high, popped foul. >> buck: excuse me, jim. they sent nolasco down to the minor leagues on the 23rd of may. everybody said, man, that's a pretty dramatic move for a guy who won 15 games. i think that move sent a ripple affect through the entire team. it's about production here in the big leagues. they had an option left on nolasco obviously, so they're not going to risk losing him. a little message saying we've got to have you perform better

than you are right now. he went down and made two starts and been better since. >> jim: i think when you are you begin to think you have it figured out, you begin to go backwards. >> buck: that's for sure. this game will sneak up and bite you in a hurry if you just don't have the same approach every day. you think about it. you'd say i just don't know when my next start is going to come so i'm going to really cherish this one. >> jim: to deep right. it's over coghlan over his head. he plays the carom. roberts tries for two. here is the throw. he slides in with a double. pretty good throw by coghlan who saul saw that ball sail over his head and somehow played the carom perfectly so roberts picks up his 25th double. >> buck: this ball really took off on coghlan. remember, he's an infielder playing in the outfield. he kind of drifts on the ball. the ball sails and hit right at the bey base of the wall. if he turns and burns like luke scott did earlier in the game beings he might have a chance to make play on that because it

did not hit high on the wall, but he gets a good bounce and makes a strong throw but not in time to get roberts. >> jim: so, brian has a two hit night, a single and a double. it's felix pie who is 2-2. pie starting in center field tonight. that's a strike on the inside corner. >> buck: two hits tonight. only two hits in his previous nine games. his playing time has been reduced dramatically. >> jim: roberts at second. orioles trying to get on the board here in the sixth inning. pie takes. gets the call. 1-1. nolasco won one here at

this series. that's an error. it will be his 13th error of the season as he bottled it, -- bobbled it, picked it up, rushed the throw. looks like nolasco was going to be out of the inning. bonifacio had it go off his glove, off his knee, picks it up, throws it in the dirtment cantu has it go off his knee. markakis reaches on the error and then goes to second base on the second error i believe. they could probably give them two errors on that play. >> jim: the angle of the replay we saw, if that throw is true, markakis is out because the throw without a doubt beat nick to the bag. >> buck: just give him one error. throws to second base on the overthrow. >> jim: now, huff stands at the plate representing the tying run. another runner in scoring position as markakis gets to second. curve is low. 1-0.

aubrey last night at had his hitting streak altered. he was 0-5. as buck mentioned, it was almost unfair 0-5 including dan uggla diving to stab a long drive -- line drive and rob him of a base hit. good eye. takes low, ball two. >> buck: obviously a big two- out hit here we have a ballgame. one-run game. i don't know if we mention this had or not. matt lindstrom charged with the blown saf save in last night's game after the game watts put on the disabled list. he is out for 15 days at least. leo nunez, who also pitched in the game is probably questionable for tonight's game out of their bullpen. >> jim: ball three. firestone league leaders as aubrey huff bats. go ahead rbi's in the american league and there's aubrey huff at the top with justin morneau at 14. markakis has 14. right here, aubrey huff represents the tying run at the

plate. trying to get a two-out base hilt. 3-0. he takes ball four. that one off the plate outside. there's the first walk of the game by nolasco. now, here is where the orioles have to really make the marlins pay as mark wiley, the pitching coach will come out. florida took advantage of the orioles error in the first inning and got two runs in. now nolasco who should be out of the inning with no runs on the board, has a run in on him unearned, but it's still in and two on with two out. >> buck: he's thrown 86 pitches that. shouldn't be a concern right now. i think more than anything, mark wylie wants to give him an emotional break and let him catch his breath and regroup with two outs, two on. talking with john baker right now about the game plan for melvin mora. mark wily knows him very well. he was a pitching coach with the orioles.

>> jim: that's a strike. >> buck: mark hendrickson last pitched saturday night. he had two big outs. he came in in the eighth inning against the phillies and got matt stairs to line out to third and then got jayson werth on a 4-6 fielder's choice to end the eighth. obviously, that setup the comeback in the ninth inning. >> after 2/3 of an inning, he was the winning pitch her in that game after zaun and roberts homered in the top of the ninth off ryan madson. >> jim: he's really pitched so much better out of the bullpen than when he first started. one down. ground ball foul wide of third. nice play by the ball boy.

dan uggla one of the main stais here in florida. we mentioned this roster continues to turn over. he's in his fourth season now 29 years old. they develop players very well and give them a chaps. as soon as any of the players get -- and give them chance. as soon as any of the players get to a point where they make too much money, they look to replace them. their hope is when they get their new stadium, that things will turn around. the problem is that stadium won't be ready till 2012. they still have two more years here. there's the prototype. the retractible roof which in this climate as we've seen the last couple of days will definitely be a benefit. 2-2 on uggla.

sharply hit foul. >> buck: yeah, it might create a new revenue stream for this ball club. more than anything, it gives the fans the ability to know there's going to be a game played without any interruption. they have a very widespread fan base and people can come from west palm beach north and down in the keys to the south and the stadium will be in scown town miami at the site of the old original bowl. it will be a more centrally located site. >> jim: 2-2 on uggla. fouls it off. even though the sight lines are pretty good, it's -- site lines are pretty good, it's a football stadium built for the dolphins. it's a rectangular stadium that they adjust to put the baseball diamond in here. here is the information on the new marlins stadium that will open for the season opener in 2012. >> buck: at that point, they will change the name back to the miami marlins.
