ellis. he's had a couple of rbis. he's from lexington, kentucky. a dodger's 16th round draft choice. he's had 13 at-bats at the big- league level the last two years. he'll get many more than that this year if charlie haeger sticks with the dodgers all year. they've got him catching the knuckle baller here tonight. this would be a great hitter for atilano to retire. breaking ball, fair. willie harris goes to 2nd. the nats are out of the inning. a one-out walk did not hurt. pudge is next.
