that's the sort of problem, i think, that a lot of us have. sometimes we can get from automation -- we have our -- we are able to increase the speed and improve things a little with that, but i realize automation costs money as well, and we made that increase of 17% the first year, it stays at 17%. it's not going to be growing by that every year, and so i think there are problems with exactly that. ..
