>> we see the implementation of -- common core being implemented at your and the effects that it is going to have on our school children. i mean, we have a grandson going into the fourth grade. we have already seen it for two years, the ideas that they are forcing down their throat, socialist ideas and so forth and so on. and all we can see out of that is that it is going to force exactly what you said to my continued attacks and continuing ignorance of history and women's place in history. >> well, i am not an expert at come in court, but my father is a public-school teacher and he has to deal with common core. he does not like it at all. one of the greatest atrocities that i think we have allowed to the education system is allowing
4:22 pm
u.s. history to be turned into social studies. i mean, just a change in that definition as in so much damage and allow the left every right in the most dishonest way. and, and gore is nothing different than that. they're continuing and forward. i know that a common core has been stopped by grass-roots activists. many people i've stood up and said no. and so again, it goes to show that if you don't want something to happen you really can't stop it. takes some work. of people say they your crazy or that you don't really understand what the curriculum is and of course this is not about socialism and implementing socialist marxist policies. the reason i talked some much about what i found in the communist manifesto and the education for socialists because they are saying exactly what we are seeing happening. that is exactly what they're doing. so talking about it in an honest way not trying to cut around the corners to be polite is an
4:23 pm
important way to approach that issue as well. any more questions? over there. >> thank you. is somebody going to write a book on the irs scandal? demint, -- >> someone. i would hope so. in no, cover that topic pretty closely. and there is definitely enough material to do some. the media has not covered it like they should. i am proud to say that i am on the side of the media that is standing against the irs. the idea that they have been defending the irs. i don't know who does that. strange to me. okay. i don't know if anyone is planning on writing a book, but
4:24 pm
there is definitely enough material there. actually touch on the ira's in this book because there is an interesting component that plays into the left plans to keep conservative woman out of the political realm. >> hi. recently you have done some very important reporting about the all illegal on the company's children being sent around the united states the fact that ms 13 gang members are taking advantage of that. being used as coyotes. bringing these kids into the united states in the first place. and they are infiltrating cities . two questions i have. the first is, why is it that ice members feel that they cannot
4:25 pm
segregate these ms 39 members and prevent them from going across the country and recruiting other illegal children into that gang? in my second question is, what can we, as citizens, do in order to prevent the exacerbation of the situation? >> well, to answer your first question in terms of what agents are capable of doing, their hands are tied. there's a difference between border patrol and dice. border patrol of the ones who are processing all of these miners. an issue you mentioned is that in the united states you are considered a minor until you turn 18. but being a minor and places like honduras and el salvador and guatemala is a very different kind of thing than it is here in the united states. and we do know that there are enough gang members from some of
4:26 pm
the most violent gangs in the world using these processing facilities not only to enter the united states but to get to their family members who have been living here illegally which is all official border patrol documentation that also using these subs, 40 percent of the miners ariane man. it is a perfect breeding ground. we are talking about violent people they very much engage in murder. and in terms of border patrol not been able to separate them out, that is a policy. washington d.c. policy that does not allowed that determination between miners and juvenile is
4:27 pm
engaged in border activity. so their job, if you are an aging you fall in line. process these people through and then turn them over to ice. then ice does something with them, whether they deliver them to their parent who has been living in the united states illegally are not, that happens. there are not a lot of answers about where people are being taken. all i know is that there being scheduled to be placed somewhere in the united states. and they're given a court date and asked to show up. of course they don't. and so it is a very serious issue on that end, public safety issue, an issue for our law enforcement to deal with later down the road reading more crime on the issue of stopping it, i think that these protests we have seen in arizona and in marietta, california, the way that you can be effective. you are not being in the main or insensitive or not emotional enough. it is a very serious problem in
4:28 pm
a serious issue. the federal government has failed to do their job and now we have a crisis on our hands. americans should not have to put up with it. it is not just one side of the political spectrum that thinks that way. left and right independents who are saying this is crazy. exposing what is going on inside these facilities is important. so that is what i would say. my best explanation of what is going on. >> one more question. over here. in the real good to here. >> thank you for being a voice. really appreciate it. a young voice. a question, with your knowledge of studies, what you see the 2014 elections in the 2016 presidential elections?
4:29 pm
>> you know, my focus is really on issues. so i could try and say i think it is going to go this way or that way. my focus is not on what to do with candid it's our weather to one are not or whether the candid it's of one side of the other taking whatever senate presidents of can visit. i'm not really sure. i know the feeling surrounding these issues like obamacare and the border crisis and foreign policy and all those kinds of things. but in terms of the details on that, i just don't have the brain capacity with everything and i cover on the issue side to really pay that close attention. so i'm hoping. but i think it's going to take some work. at that they don't drop the ball so to speak. around the to the yard line. just keeps going. we will see. i apologize for not having the details. it's not exactly my focus. hi. thank you.
4:30 pm
>> thank you so much for being here. we appreciate everything you do. you are so articulate. >> thank you. i appreciate that. >> is an issue. you wrote a book about it. you are so interested in what is happening. you have an update on what is happening now? >> for the past year-and-a-half really we have been stuck in his waiting man because everything is caught up in the court system. and everything's caught up in the court system it's impossible to get documents and talk to people because there is an ongoing lawsuit. we have seen some movement over the past month with judicial watch which is a phenomenal organization if you have not art about it. getting a hearing in front of a judge saying the executive privilege claim by barack obama overall these documents, you know, it's taking too long for united decision and we have a freedom of information request lawsuit out that this to be responded to.
