smith, us district court judge. the program over, the society started in 2,006 and then once all that occurs the society wanted take on a project to to document the 200 plus rich 25200 year plus history. we started the project and we are working at the time with a graduate student at the college of william and mary. he mary. he was considering using the project as a way to get his thesis. but we but we quickly discovered was the 200 years of history
