3 billion people he cannot guarantee the behavior every single person on chinese soil to acquire understand i cannot guarantee the actions of every single american but what i can guarantee and what i hope president xi will show me is that we're not sponsoring these activities and when it comes to our attention of non-governmental entities and individuals are engaging in this we take it seriously to enforce the law. the last one on the cyberissue is because this is a global problem and unlike other areas of international cooperation in the rules are not well developed.
