>> freddie's procedural votes set up a final confirmation vote for education secretary nominee betsy devos on tuesday. next week will also see confirmation votes for attorney general, health and human services secretary and treasury secretary. for more details we talked to an education reporter.>> andrew covers federal policies for education week.what is the status of the betsy devos nomination for education secretary in the senate? >> very early this morning there was a vote to move her nomination to another final vote in the senate next tuesday. that vote this morning when 52 ã48. so that is basically along party lines. we expect a final decision on her nomination next week. >> it's on the two senators will be voting against her.
