a movement. thank you for sharing the time with me today and sharing your story with everybody. >> guest: thank you. thank you, everybody and good evening. boxer mike tyson once observed everybody has a game plan until you punch them in the mouth and that pretty much sums up the reason donald trump inhabits the white house today. who could have predicted he would be such a political theorist or donald trump would ride that strategy all the way to the oval office? as trump and his team again the task of reversing the failed

presidency they faced formidable opponents not only a vengefully determined left, but a deeply entrenched republican establishment in washington, d.c. and stubborn contingent of never trump politicians and pundits. you already know david horowitz is the author of too many books to list, all essential reading for understanding and waging war against the radical left. his new book which happens to be a bestseller, big agenda president agenda president trump's plan to save america lays out a strategy for combating those opponents of the president's restoration of american exceptionalism. anna coulter recommended as a brilliant battle plan and having read and reviewed it myself for the front page magazine, i do too. taking a page from mike tyson's playbook and david horowitz writes to turn around of the political battles conservatives have been losing for so long, they must begin every confrontation by punching progressives in the mouth. no republican leader in recent

memory is better suited for that and donald trump to get here to talk more about that book tonight is the founder of the david horowitz freedom center of the most hated apostate and the rights most aggressive strategist, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome david horowitz. [applause] thank you. [applause] >> according to the gallup organization, and the incoming president gets on average the seven month move.

it is a ceremonial celebration acknowledgment affirmation of the peaceful transition of power and the fact that we are part of one community. so, you allow the opponent. the democratic party declared war on the president elect and this war is as vicious as we have ever seen. instead of confirmation

hearings, we have had a witchhunt. the democrats actually give a name to what they are doing and call the resistance and i actually saw a democratic operative on fox say that that there's an there is an obstruction is a man's resistance not the same thing, and of course she didn't say this part but of course obstruction is what republicans do. resistance is what partisans fighting would do. they didn't say that, but that is the subtext. but there is a difference between resistance and obstruction. obstruction is trying to block a policy that you don't like. resistance is an ex- essential threat. you don't like the whole system, you don't like the way of life, you want to overthrow it.

democrats are not shy about saying that either. an impeachment, trump has been in office for three weeks or so. talking about impeachment not that it's anything he's done, but it's just we want to get rid of this guy. we are in the midst of a civil war in this country. it's not a fighting war yet. there's a lot of violence coming from the left and one of my concerns is that this could explode at some point because it's just average americans are going to take this long. but it is a civil war. that means two completely incompatible worldviews and philosophies are confronting each other. and it's a war that has gone on for 30 years but it's reached what i would call the boiling point or the point that you can

see for example it happened on this day trump gave a press conference and for some people in getting the e-mails of laws and beautiful and everybody is enjoying it and on the other side there is this shock and horror and once you show that has some between the two sides. what he let me say something about the witchhunt. for me what symbolizes the nature of what the democrats have done in the last two weeks is the attempted lynching of jeff sessions. senator sessions has been a friend of mine for 20 years. he's been a colleague chuck schumer in of chuck schumer and all these people, democratic

senators for 20 odd years. jeff sessions is a handful of one of the most decent human beings in the senate and is also a champion of civil rights. this was an attorney general from the deep south in the year of segregation who prosecuted the ku klux klan, sent a leader to his death, got him the death penalty for the murder, a racial murder, and desegregated the alabama schools and get they portrayed him as a racist. that was their objection to this serial character assassin elizabeth warren who dredged up

40-year-old refuted facts where jeff represented black voters who didn't disfranchised by the corrupt leaders of the local naacp and he defended them but it was portrayed by elizabeth warren as a racist. i'm going to come back to the civil war and that is not an analogy, it is an analysis of little later on, but first i want to go to what i consider to be a seminal moment in the election campaign and during the second debate, donald trump turned to the television cameras, to the audience, to the television audience and said you have to understand, hillary clinton has tremendous hatred in her heart.

and what he was referring to is her remark about the basket of the portables which is everybody in this room, everybody who is not a leftist. and she identified racist, sexist homophobes, islam of folks, you name it as her enemy, as what she hates and that is every conservative in this country who has been in a political argument with the so-called liberal has been called a racist, sexist, homophobe or islam of hope at some point and not just for hillary but democrats and people on the left. they have tremendous hatred in their hearts for us and a

democracy can't really work when you have one large political faction composed of people that hate people they disagree with. and i will explain this with the root cause of this a little bit later. but it comes from something i've talked about a lot and described in this book i've written. in fact this book is about the civil war. that is what it's really about and why donald trump is such a unique and important leader or the bible call on for the patriotic side of this civil war people on the left think they are saving the world or the planet if they happen to be

environmentalists, saving the planet. they are progressive if you will ideology, leftist ideology modeled on christianity. the world is a fall in place. they don't use terms like fallen, but the depression and corruption and mainly oppression of this group or that group and they are here to redeem the world. there's going to be a redemption and if they get enough power they will redeem the world. in other words, they think of themselves as the arming of the same and therefore they think of people that oppose them as the party of the devil. when you listen to so-called liberals or progressives or leftists talking, they talk like

preachers. every attack on donald trump for on republicans generally way before donald trump is a moral attack and indictment. republicans talk like accountants. it's all about budgets and deficits and administrative this where as people on the left talk like hellfire and damnation preacher's all-time. i've often described this as saying whenever i see a republicans square off against a democrat, it reminds me of godzilla versus bambi. [laughter] they call us racist, sexist, homophobe, is homophobes, xenophobes, the portables,

irredeemable and republicans call them liberals. [laughter] politics is all about emotion, who is going to win that argument? what is so unique about trump, of course, is his bluntness, his refusal to be intimidated by political correctness. the fact that he is not pro-life -- i'm -- the fact that he is not polite, and a political brawl he is prepared. in front of 50 billion people

who would look hillary clinton in the eye and say you are a crook and a liar. [applause] she is proof, that is the truth. [laughter] republicans are polite and conservatives -- i know there's a distinction, but they all share the same temperament. very polite, don't want to embarrass your enemy, it's the modus operandi. and we all regard political correctness is kind of ridiculous. we look at how can people think this way, but this is not a good way to look at political correctness. it's actually very sinister.

the term political correctness was turned by the greatest mass murderer in history and what he meant was controlling the party line. you may notice people on the left march in lockstep. it's amazing. a tape surfaced in the "washington post" of bully bush and donald trump talking in what they thought was in private and you remember donald trump infamously said that when you are a star in hollywood they like you grab their genitals.

a stupid remark translated by the left into that's what i do rather than that's what i would like to do but i'm too civilized to do with perhaps. i don't know, i don't know him personally. but okay this was a private conversation from 11 years previously and one republican after another was horrified. i can't support this candidate. this is too far. jeb bush actually embarrassingly sad i have two precious granddaughter and there's nothing donald trump could say to ever apologize for that remark he made in private on a bus where they didn't realize they were being -- that's republicans. hillary clinton, let's see, she

sold off the position of secretary of state on national assets and made $100 million for herself and her husband, she lied to the fbi, she lied to the american people, she puts the put the highest level secrets on a private server which violated her oath of office, violated the espionage act, open secrets to our enemies from china and north korea, iran. of course the russians, now the democrats protest professed to find horrific. she lied about benghazi and applied to the mother of a fallen hero. not one, not one democrat elected official said this is a

bridge too far i can't support this candidate. not one. i put this up and discussing the communist party because that is the way that they were really effective in political warfare. everybody in lockstep. and that's the way the left behaves today. political correctness is like a zipper with a walk on it over everybody's lips. you just don't say to a woman you are a liar and a crook to someone that is a former first lady, senator, secretary of state. you do that to a mail but when men are a protected species. all this baloney about being strong, they are strong women.

and elizabeth warren, character assassinating a decent human being spent 40 years in public life, a dedicated public servant, champion of civil rights, calling him a racist, needing a letter that would in essence be repudiated by coretta scott king violating the senate rules and when mcconnell said you can't say that, there's silencing another woman. that is a double standard that cripples anybody opposing this nonsense. you can't say it. it is politically incorrect. intellectually you look at it is ridiculous. but in the political practice it is very sinister.

donald trump is a liberating force. i awaited 30 years for someone on the right to appear like donald trump. coming out of the left, i'm used to fighting and understanding that the left sees politics as more conducted by other means. that's the way they see it and fight it. the democrats weapon is what? character assassination, name calling, hate and you see it every season. there is no limit to destroy them. and as i say it's always funny

godzilla versus bambi. then comes the first primary debate. there is donald trump and he's got the highest percentage since he gets the first question. he's never been in a political debate like that and he's up against 12 of the most qualified, most experienced republican politicians and the first question out of the box and on top whatever that was, i documented figures, 30 million, 20 million whatever it was people and meghan kelly says, the first question, you refer to women as fat slobs and pigs and he doesn't hesitate a second, he said that was just rosie o'donnell. [laughter] i said this is a guy that is an

instinctive fighter. this is somebody we want. [laughter] so now, to the civil war that we are in. you have to understand this has been going on since the 60s is the crucible of the left but it's been going on really since the 70s and all that began accumulating power in our school system which is now a completely leftist school system. schools in a democracy are there to teach students how to think not what to think, an authoritarian and totalitarian society that schools tell you what the orthodoxy is. our school system is now what do

you want to call it, authoritarian, totalitarian, whatever you like. it's a complete one-party state and teachers abuse every day their teachers privilege by indoctrinating students and this began in a serious way in the 1970s and its continued through today. and what is this about? the left has a vision that's called identity politics. identity politics is a very sinister philosophical attitude. it's racist, completely un-american and why do i say that? take one of the terms of identity politics. people of color, that always bothered me and i always hated

that phrase because it isn't english. you wouldn't say here is a box of crayons of color. it's french, that's the way french people talk. it is completely blocked grammatical. of course you can't fake colored people because that is politically incorrect. the people but people of color, that's okay, so it is laughable that it's really not. think about it. if you look at mexico as composed of two main ethnic groups, the descendents of the conquistadors who slaughtered the indigenous indians, and the descendents of the indigenous indians. but when they cross the border into the united states, they are both people of color, therefore deserving of certain sensitivities, certain allowances from certain privileges.

[inaudible] islamic arrests, serious, iraq, people of color. everybody in the world is a people of color except white people. they are the oppressors, they are evil. it is racist. this is the purest form of racism and of course it comes down to black people can't be racist. academic idea that is widespread if you subject yourself to watching the leftists on television tell you that. only white people can be racist and only white people have power. you have to be blind to think that is the case. what the left seeks is to establish a racial gender sexual orientation hierarchy of privilege so that if you are the

right color which is dark you go to the head of the line for admissions to college, the head of the line for the job and other things in our society. in 1964, the civil rights law outlawed racial categories in the law and institutions and democrats and the left have spent 50 years putting them back so they are everywhere and they are ubiquitous. so the democratic party is now about to make the leading candidate of the chair as an anti-semitic, anti-american protége of the muslim brotherhood. that is what the democratic party has become. don't make any mistake about the democratic party. the democratic party's candidate

for president would have been bernie sanders, a lifelong supporter of those that chose to be married in moscow during the cold war in the totalitarian empire except the crooked clintons skip the primary with the help of debbie wasserman schultze. that is who the democratic party is. it is a racist party and a party of hate. then along came donald trump. and his two aides happened to be two of my friends, steve bannon and stephen miller. [applause]

and the three of them put together this inaugural address pitches a confrontation, it's the first time a confrontation with the racist left of the identity politics. remember the honor roll, donald trump said if we are loyal to our country, we will be loyal to each other. if you open your heart to patriotism, there will be no room for prejudice. we are black and brown and white, but we believe patriotic red. the american idea is the antithesis of identity politics which is now the ideology and all of the universities and

schools. the american idea is the exact opposite. it's that all people are created equal by their creator and endowed with the same inalienable rights the government cannot take away. everybody is to be judged on their merits and not on their origin, racial, whatever. i don't even know how to say gender or religion. [laughter] that's the american idea. but we face each other on our individual merits and we are accountable as individuals not as racist, not as genders. that was the fight of martin luther king and why the left despises this message and vision for the future where we are color blind as children are

judged by the content of their character and plot the color of their skin. every progressive in america wants to judge you by the color of your skin, and donald trump has posed the antithesis to that which is why he has won the hearts and minds of the heartland of the country and how he got elected. so how do we fight them? if somebody is calling you a racist, you can't pussyfoot around it. you can't say well -- i'm not going to do it. you can't prove a negative. and you're going to be blown away because politics takes place in seconds.

it's like a 92nd soundbite and it is completely emotional. there are lots of walks in the political arena but they do not make a difference. it's emotional. the democrats are all about emotion, all about stirring it up with their moral indictments. you have to fight fire with fire there is a chapter of this book that i put in cold beat the kiwis heel of the democratic party and it is that the democrats control every inner city in america, any size 100% and they have for 5200 years. chicago, detroit, baltimore, new

orleans, st. louis, every field the school system year in and year out fails the mainly black and hispanic children but now there are poor white kids, too so 40% of the students in those schools never graduate. and 40% who do. we talk of spending 20,000. in washington, d.c. it is $26,000 a child. you have 20 kids over half a million dollars. you can give the teacher 100,000 still have enough for the insurance for crying out to tears. peers. this is a natural atrocity democrats commit year in and year out and republicans are too polite to mention it.

they are not just part of the atrocity committed in these inner cities. the welfare system, which kicks the men out of the homes in a single round having children all over the inner-city and not having any responsibility for them because if they did, if they were a presence and authority figures with these kids don't go wild, they would lose their welfare benefits. here's another great idea, let's bribe the women to have more children. you can have $200 a month or whatever it is, something like that, for each child you have, for six or seven kids with lives of poverty and war crime. then let's make it as difficult as possible for the law abiding citizens of the inner cities who were the majority to own guns.

then let's go even better, let's catch and release the felons who go around killing people. there was a beautiful woman with four children who was murdered by two fillings in chicago that shouldn't have been on the streets in the first place. and until donald trump, there's no republican but has said we need a new deal for black america. we need a new deal for the inner-city. i actually had proposed to the bush administration in 2000 what you need to do is have a 100 billion-dollar voucher program for the inner-city kids and the democrats democrats will lie through their teeth and destroy the public school.

they are not teaching these kids. how dare you. you are running the schools, it is a jobs program for the adults, for the teaching unions which is a slush fund, the heart and soul of the democratic party, teaching unions. at the expense of the kids. and i submitted this proposal and the bush administration didn't buy it. i said the tuition has to be equal in to what they get in the public school. republicans have this idea you do a voucher program and let's look at what they did for dc, $1,500 so the parent to raise the rest of it. the kids who qualify, not only does the school failing to teach them, but it's dangerous because republicans think they are dealing on the other side with

rational people, with democrats that are reasonable and therefore if we don't give them any reason to oppose it come if we make the bill reasonable, it will pass. no, because the democrats understand if you put the power they can seek out any school that will teach their kids and it would destroy the teachers unions and blow up a democratic political base which is what this is all about. [applause] so i send e-mails to my friend and i guess they took it to donald trump and within two weeks, he had 130 billion-dollar plan for inner cities. that's why he is an incredible friend to the party and why they lynched betsy devos, talk about

garbage. this is a woman they hate her because she dedicated her life to helping inner-city minority kids. that is what her life has been dedicated to and that's why the democrats hate her. the oppressors of poor minority poor children in this country is the democratic party. republicans have to untie their tongues and start talking about this. i think that we are on the brink of an amazing political future of a realigning of the party and the obstacle is this communist

left. they call themselves social justice. it's a fantasy that you can only impose by force, it's no different from socialism or communism. i've been called a relic in "the new york times" for using the word communist. bernie sanders would like to forget and all of his communist commitments and tell people that it's really denmark. now i lost my train of thought on the political correctness. in any case, we are on the brink

of a new era providing nothing happens to trump. we are in a very serious dark times, young people openly calling for donald trump's assassination. that is a great fear before he gets to convert enough republicans. is he converting republicans? i have known sean spicer for 20 years and there was something in him from the beginning. i can always tell something about republicans by how they relate to me. when he was the head of the press secretaries association for the house, he invited me to one of their meetings to speak. they invited me to also address the rnc.

they are the establishment. look at him as a fighter now as press secretary for donald trump. all the people fight because they know donald trump has their back. there is no republican again who if he got to be president elect and then selected his white house strategist and then this disgraceful press corps began detaining his nominee as a white nationalist anti-semite, there is no republican but wouldn't have thrown steve bannon under the bus except for donald trump and i think that's -- i don't know what but he deals with construction unions and business rivals that whoever runs and owns casinos. he is a fighter, a street fighter with what you need in

this political world. i have mixed emotions because i am worried about the future. you look what happened to berkeley and to see these fascists on television defending their ideas and calling you a fascist and you know george soros is behind it and barack obama is behind this and in fact steve bannon made a film that you should see that it's the same thing. thugs in the straight-backed by obama and the government unions. franklin roosevelt thought that it should be outlawed. [applause]

a walking conflict of interest. i know what i i wanted, but strikes me as i think of steve bannon and steve miller, they all have the that passion. the conservatives are business people and creators and they don't want to get into a contest with a skunk. they don't want to limit their clients. they are inclusive is what businesspeople are so they are unfit for this political war. but people who come the people who come over from the left, they see politics as controlled by other means because of their leftist friends they left behind

so it doesn't surprise me that trump should be attracted to miller and bannon. it surprises me as a wonderful person and so decent i love jeff sessions, he is a wonderful man. he would be attracted, that is a miracle and a bright sign for the future. i've always said i could like i've been sent as a former radical to teach conservatives bad manners. [laughter] 10% more fight will go a long way. i'm thrilled by what's happened in this past year to watch the

american people rise up. if you like chickens with their heads cut off still running around not realizing their heads were cut off. you can imagine what they feel inside when trump says nobody believes you and they don't know how to stop themselves. [laughter] and find out why and change it may be the rationality will appear but my fear is

republicans going off in their own directions and i am worried about the congress and people who do not understand the political battle but i am heartened by the ordinary conservatives and grassroots. we have the tea party and i think they are going to do it. that is my hope.

now we have a fighter and fighters into now we can win. thank you. ask a if we have any questions i'm going to ask people to line up here since we are being taped. >> how did liberals who once had a tradition of prop speech and capitalism get reduced to what we see today? >> it is one thing when you are out of power and another thing when you are in power. it's the last. the true leader of the democratic party is bernie sanders. if hillary had been elected she

would be like obama and sanders she wouldn't be like the hillary clinton of the clinton era. bill's ideology was me. [laughter] corruption is better than communism. [applause] actually corruption saved us. it's hillary's corruption. [applause] i am trying to remember back to my youthful radical days there were the machiavellians. i was very idealistic. i remember being shocked when i was standing at berkeley there

was a thing called people's park where the left had occupied a want that was owned by the university of california and they were going to build dorms and the left took it over and started planting things. they planted grass and flowers and then the university called the police on them and they came with tear gas and it got pretty violent. the key said what we have to do we have to lure middle-class kids to where they will get their heads cracked by the police and that will radicalize them. i couldn't believe people

thought like that, but there were a lot of them on the left. once they get power they want to start shutting people up. why they want to shut them up is because they were a religious movement that go back to what i said. they are regaining the world. we are the party of the devil, shut the devil should the devil up and if you saw the interview interview of that idiot woman that is a middle school teacher that organized the berkeley riot, you see the mentality right there. i don't remember people left with planes like this one talking quite like that, i'm sure they were there. she is a fascist. she will kill you. if she gets the power she will just kill you. so as a minority they were for free speech and expression because that allows them to recruit people and get their ideas over. once the professors shut you up. i hope that answers the

question. >> minus a little different. can you talk about the impact of leaving the campaign because to me he was the most important pick of any of the positions because he spoke honestly and openly about the threat of islam and to me that it's a devastating blow. >> the chief strategists, i know how they think. i like general flynn. we had him at our restoration weekend and i was sorry to see him go and monica crowley go but i don't think that it's a devastating blow. i don't know madness and kelly but they've been in the battlefield and i think they understand the enemy. i know sessions does. we have had a what i would call

seditious department of justice for eight years. by the way the term people of color, you wonder how can the democrats be so sympathetic to the islamic nazis, the answer is they are people of color. with only a tiny minority that are terrorists actually according to the poll, 43% of muslims support al qaeda. 43% is like 650 million people. that's a lot of people. lenin or stalin was only about 100 million just for comparison.

what would we have said if they gave nuclear weapons to adolf hitler, but that is what obama did. we have had an anti-american president who identifies with our enemies and enables them. when he thought he could get away with it, by the way we have a political system that forces importance on the democratic party, so the wiki treated israel is we will give them the military and isolate them politically and cut them off at the knees politically. he was leading independent houston hundred million dollars for these palestinian racist arrests. we survive back then you add the justice department that was supporting this and i think if the departure of one is

devastating, we are in really bad shape. i hope that he will speak and i hope he gets some revenge here because what we have is treasonous elements in the state department and the intelligence services. this guy was bad news undermining trump. when you have all of these ivy league schools training leftists , they go to the intelligence services. they serve in the state department and it's a big problem that runs throughout the

state. >> we will take the final question. it might have been in the "washington post" confronting in his article [inaudible] the question was an article intended i couldn't help thinking what would why did he take questions from a hostile media.

this isn't an attack but it's an attack on wires. this goes out on c-span and that would be bad for them so i won't. >> i had him on my panel over 20 years ago. he's a good person and has a son who is a republican so he is a person of real character. i don't agree with almost anything he says now.

i wouldn't let judith miller who is so partisan and it's so easy to tell here are these amazingly positive things that have come out of the administration. we are going to take care of a serious problem which is a flood into the country among whom are hundreds of thousands and in the history of this country the first thing he does is get up at 5:30 in the morning and fulfills

his campaign promises. [applause] so if they report the good things okay you may not agree with it, but it is fair-minded and they should get questions. the others they should just kick out of the press room, i don't care. why should we have respect for an institution like "the new york times," it was great ones once but who would read it now? >> incomprehensibly, the last is being. hell do we paint them as the losers they are and make them unequal to the women especially? [laughter]

[applause] i had that little lapse in my speech that i wanted to say about political correctness and how it works in a sinister fashion to close people's minds steve harvey, everybody knows steve harvey, television personality, huge supporter of the clinton, african-american, had her on his show and donald trump says i want to do a new deal for black america as any sensible person that is part of the community, he says okay i want to see if you put your money where your mouth is. i want to test you so i'm willing to go to the towers and meet with you.

and he's calling mediocre negro for that. normal people who have normal jobs and networks where people have different views and some of them will react violently are cautious and political correctness is the way of shutting them up and making them powerless. the biggest thing conservatives have to do is stop fearing being called a racist or is a homophobe or the portable. i have so many on my twitter feed called themselves to portable. fear, you've got to get over the fear.

>> okay we would take two very quick questions. >> we have a room here and i think we are all mad. we have had enough of this. what do we do and how do we mobilize ourselves? they've mobilized 365 days a year and we are mobilized just for the actions. we need to do something. >> when they march, first of all people march in the streets without permits and block traffic i want them to be arrested and put in jail for six months to a year. [applause] ..
