i would say secretary pompeo and myself and the president are completely aligned in our maximum pressure campaign. we've done more sanctions on iran than anything. it's absolutely working.the president has made clear he is happy to take a meeting with no preconditions but we are maintaining the maximum pressure. >> i think you know the treasury department and the state department have been incredibly active on sanctions. everything we do is in consultation. but the state department. we have a massive sanctions program working but i would just add that we are concerned about the people they are and what's going on the humanitarian crisis and the secretary has worked with the neighbors extensively. the national security team consists of the national
